本实用新型涉及一种机械加工设备，具体地说是一种防止主轴拉刀组件中的滑动芯松动的机构。
背景技术
在现有技术中，主轴拉刀组件的拉杆和滑动芯是相连接的，但贴于两者间不是紧固的关系，因此滑动芯容易转动或松脱，令主轴工作精度降低，也妨碍主轴不能提高转速甚至不能正常工作。
发明内容
本实用新型涉及一种主轴的滑动芯防松机构，它可以阻止滑动芯转动或松脱，操作方便，结构简单，功能可靠，使用寿命长，便于推广及应用。
本实用新型技术解决方案是在现有的拉杆（1），滑动芯（2）基础上，本实用新型特别是拉杆（1）头部外壁与滑动芯（2）内壁通过螺纹相连接，滑动芯（2）内有拉杆顶丝（3）与拉杆（1）的头端端面相抵。
以上本实用新型所述的拉杆顶丝（3）的外壁与滑动芯（2）的内壁通过螺纹相连。
本实用新型所述的在滑动芯（2）的头端设有Y型密封圈（4），Y型密封圈（4）的前端设有螺纹压套（5）。
本实用新型当滑动芯（2）旋进拉杆（1）后并调整好距离，然后将拉杆顶丝（3）旋进滑动芯（2）后与拉杆(1)端面接触时，当不断拧紧拉杆顶丝时,拉杆顶丝（3）由径向力转化为轴向拉力，再由轴拉向力转化为螺纹之间摩擦力，使滑动芯（2）不能转动。
本实用新型的优点在于：
1.拉杆顶丝可防止滑动芯转动，操作方便，结构简单，功能可靠。
2.Y型密封圈（4）密封，使气体、灰尘不能进入主轴内腔。
3.具有结构简单紧凑，寿命长。

具体实施方式
根据图1所示，本实用新型在现有的拉杆1，滑动芯2基础上，拉杆1头部外壁与滑动芯2内壁通过螺纹相连接，滑动芯2内有拉杆顶丝3与拉杆1的头端端面相抵。所述的拉杆顶丝3的外壁与滑动芯2的内壁通过螺纹相连。所述的在滑动芯2的头端设有Y型密封圈4，Y型密封圈4的前端设有螺纹压套5。

1.一种主轴的滑动芯防松机构，它包括了拉杆（1），滑动芯（2），其特征是拉杆（1）头部外壁与滑动芯（2）内壁通过螺纹相连接，滑动芯（2）内有拉杆顶丝（3）与拉杆（1）的头端端面相抵。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种主轴的滑动芯防松机构，其特征在于拉杆顶丝（3）的外壁与滑动芯（2）的内壁通过螺纹相连。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种主轴的滑动芯防松机构，其特征在于在滑动芯（2）的头端设有Y型密封圈（4），Y型密封圈（4）的前端设有螺纹压套（5）。
