背景技术
众所周知,电灯具技术的重要应用领域之一,随着科学技术的不断发展,电灯具产品也在不断推陈出新,从白炽发展到汞灯,到金属卤素灯,再钠灯(高压、低压),直到现在的LED(Light Emitting Diode,发光二极管)半导体灯,LED灯因为具有寿命长、节能和环保等优点,因此越来越得到人们的青睐。
目前,市场上T8的LED灯发热量高,依靠板体散热,令散热效果不好,容易损坏LED灯;另一方面,LED灯损坏后,要整个LED灯更换,令更换成本高,不便于日常维护。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服已有技术存在的缺点,提供一种散热快、更换成本低的LED光源模块。
本实用新型用以下方式实现的:包括LED灯和固定座,其特征在于:所述固定座上设置有光源区,LED灯安装于灯板上,灯板放置于光源区内。
所述固定座上设置有凹腔,灯板位于凹腔内。
所述灯板由若干块小板拼接而成,中心处拼接有四块,四块小板的四周分别拼接有小板,灯板整体呈花芯状。
所述每块的小板呈长方形,LED灯安装于小板一端,中心处拼接的四块呈横向,周边的呈横向或竖向,令周边的LED灯呈圆周排列。
本实用新型的有益效果是:1、利用灯板直接连接于固定座上,有利于散热,有效防止LED灯过热而损坏;2、利用灯板分为若干小块,只需要更换其中损坏LED灯的小板,再也不需要整体更换,大大降低维护成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作具体进一步的说明。
如图所示,包括LED灯202和固定座1,其所述固定座1上设置有光源区2,LED灯202安装于灯板201上,灯板201放置于光源区2内。
所述固定座1上设置有凹腔101,灯板201位于凹腔101内。
所述灯板201由若干块小板拼接而成,中心处拼接有四块,四块小板的四周分别拼接有小板,灯板201整体呈花芯状。
所述每块的小板呈长方形,LED灯202安装于小板一端,中心处拼接的四块呈横向,周边的呈横向或竖向,令周边的LED灯202呈圆周排列。
利用灯板201直接连接于固定座1上,有利于散热,有效防止LED灯202过热而损坏;利用灯板201分为若干小块,只需要更换其中损坏LED灯202的小板,再也不需要整体更换,大大降低维护成本。

1.LED集成模块,包括LED灯(202)和固定座(1),其特征在于:所述固定座(1)上设置有光源区(2),LED灯(202)安装于灯板(201)上,灯板(201)放置于光源区(2)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED集成模块,其特征在于:所述固定座(1)上设置有凹腔(101),灯板(201)位于凹腔(101)内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED集成模块,其特征在于:所述灯板(201)由若干块小板拼接而成,中心处拼接有四块,四块小板的四周分别拼接有小板,灯板(201)整体呈花芯状。
4.根据权利要求3所述的LED集成模块,其特征在于:所述每块的小板呈长方形,LED灯(202)安装于小板一端,中心处拼接的四块呈横向,周边的呈横向或竖向,令周边的LED灯(202)呈圆周排列。
