一种可直接替换传统高压钠灯路灯的LED路灯光源,包括路灯灯壳、驱动电源、LED光源组件,驱动电源及承载托盘安装在路灯灯壳上,LED光源组件固定在承载托盘上,LED光源组件与驱动电源间用连接线相连,LED光源组件中LED光源固定在PCB板上,PCB板及光学透镜固定在LED光源组件中的散热器上。本实用新型的可直接替换传统高压钠灯路灯的LED路灯光源,根据传统路灯灯壳的结构,直接对传统路灯使用的高压钠灯灯泡进行替换,大幅降低了道路照明改造成本,同时将LED光源组件有间隙地排布在承载托盘上,使得灯具形成具有热蜂窝和烟囱散热效应的散热结构,加快了热的传递,有效地提高了散热效果,提升了灯具的可靠性。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种可直接替换传统高压钠灯路灯的LED路灯光源。
背景技术
路灯是城市照明的重要组成部分,其耗电占据整个照明用电的很大部分,能耗巨大。目前城市道路照明路灯主要为传统的高压钠灯路灯,其结构包含灯壳、镇流器、高压钠灯灯泡、反射腔及透光玻璃面罩。高压钠灯路灯存在照度分布不均、被照物体颜色失真、光效低、能耗高、眩光严重、寿命短、维修率高等缺点。
为了响应国家的节能减排政策,降低照明能耗,节约照明成本,越来越多的政府在开展道路照明改造,采用新型半导体照明LED路灯对传统高压钠灯路灯进行改造。目前道路照明改造方式是采用一体式LED路灯灯具对整个高压钠灯灯具进行替换,不仅改造成本高,而且维护成本很高,阻碍了半导体照明光源产品的应用普及。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种维护工作量小、改造成本低的可直接替换传统高压钠灯路灯的LED路灯光源。
本实用新型的可直接替换传统高压钠灯路灯的LED路灯光源,包括路灯灯壳、驱动电源、LED光源组件,驱动电源及承载托盘安装在路灯灯壳上,LED光源组件固定在承载托盘上,LED光源组件与驱动电源间用连接线相连,LED光源组件中LED光源固定在PCB板上,PCB板及光学透镜固定在LED光源组件中的散热器上。
本实用新型的可直接替换传统高压钠灯路灯的LED路灯光源,是针对现阶段采用LED路灯替换传统高压钠灯路灯进行道路照明改造的改造成本和维护成本高的难题,根据传统路灯灯壳的结构,直接对传统路灯使用的高压钠灯灯泡进行替换,大幅降低了道路照明改造成本,促进半导体照明应用的普及,促进节能减排,同时将LED光源组件有间隙地排布在承载托盘上,使得灯具形成具有热蜂窝和烟囱散热效应的散热结构,加快了热的传递,有效地提高了散热效果,提升了灯具的可靠性。

具体实施方式
一种可直接替换传统高压钠灯路灯的LED路灯光源,包括路灯灯壳1、驱动电源4、LED光源组件,驱动电源4及承载托盘2安装在路灯灯壳1上,LED光源组件固定在承载托盘2上,LED光源组件与驱动电源4间用连接线3相连,LED光源组件中LED光源6固定在PCB板上,PCB板及光学透镜7固定在LED光源组件中的散热器5上。

1.一种可直接替换传统高压钠灯路灯的LED路灯光源,包括路灯灯壳(1)、驱动电源(4)、LED光源组件,其特征在于:驱动电源(4)及承载托盘(2)安装在路灯灯壳(1)上,LED光源组件固定在承载托盘(2)上,LED光源组件与驱动电源(4)间用连接线(3)相连,LED光源组件中LED光源(6)固定在PCB板上,PCB板及光学透镜(7)固定在LED光源组件中的散热器(5)上。
