一种防滑脚蹬，包括脚蹬和紧固带，所述紧固带的两端分别连接在脚蹬的左右两端。
所述紧固带与所述脚蹬是一体的。
所述紧固带可以用多种材料制成，比如布料、塑料等，但应以柔软舒适为准。
