为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种剪板机，包括机架、底座，所述机架上端设有上刀架，所述上刀架上设有上刀片，机架下端设有下刀架，所述下刀架上设有下刀片，所述上刀片上镶有锥形硬质合金头。
本实用新型采用的技术方案，在上刀片上镶置锥形硬质合金头，就可以提高上刀片的硬度，大大减少了上刀片的损坏程度，降低了刀片的报废率，节约了资源，工作效率高，且节省劳动力。
