背景技术
人的一生有三分之一的时光与枕头作伴在睡眠中渡过，枕头对于人的生活、工作和学习有着至关重要的影响。现实生活中由于人们对于枕头的重要性认识不够，对枕头的知识了解的不深，导致人们在枕头的选择上存在着许多误区、在使用中存在着许多不合理的习惯，时间一长，这些不良习惯会严重影响到人们的生活质量和身体健康。
在现有技术中，普通采用的枕头，其枕芯的枕面为平面形，用于搁置头部，而颈椎没有受到有效支撑，不利于颈椎的保健。目前市场出售的颈椎保健枕有很多种，有中药枕、磁疗枕等，这类枕头存在成本售价高，功能单一问题，不易于推广应用。而且一些治疗颈椎疾病的牵引枕，采用一些硬质材料，对颈椎进行强制牵引，使用者睡在上面很不舒服，影响睡眠质量。另外由于使用硬质材料，枕头的形状多是固定的，不能根据使用者头部结构起到完美的支撑作用，给使用者带来不适。
发明内容
为了克服普通枕头不利于颈椎的保健和颈椎保健枕的难以推广，本实用新型提供一种颈椎保健枕，该保健枕利用基本的物理原理不仅具有治疗和预防颈椎疾病的功效，而且成本低廉，易于推广。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种颈椎保健枕，两条颗粒填充带在海绵支撑块的上层，海绵支撑块通过海绵固定袋固定后置于枕套内，支撑填充带位于海绵支撑块的周围，支撑填充带内充满填充物。
当人将头部平枕在保健枕上时，颈椎正好对应颗粒填充带的部分，由于支撑填充带的部分很软，头部会自然下沉使得颈椎可以全面压在颗粒填充带，颗粒填充带内是光滑圆润的粒状物，粒状物可随受力方向在颗粒填充带内自由滚动，直至使颈椎受力均匀，让颈椎处于放松不用力的状态，同时，由于在垂直方向受到挤压，枕头的支撑填充带在水平方向会有膨胀，因此会对肩部产生一股推力，起到拉伸颈椎的作用，以此预防和治疗颈椎疾病。
在上述技术方案中，两块海绵支撑块的位置通过固定袋固定。
在上述技术方案中，颗粒填充带、海绵支撑块的高度可根据不同使用者的需要进行调整。
在上述技术方案中，支撑填充带可以使用各种比海绵支撑块更软的软质材料，例如人造棉、棉花、羽绒等。
在上述技术方案中，填充带内的颗粒物可以是环保卫生的塑料颗粒，也可以是中药颗粒。使用中药颗粒时会增加相应的医疗保健功效。
本实用新型的有益效果是：填充带内的颗粒可根据使用者的颈部特征全面托住颈椎，使用者在睡眠时颈椎处于完全放松的状态，同时利用填充物的弹性起到拉伸颈椎的作用，能预防和治疗颈椎疾病。结构简单、成本低廉、便于推广。
