本实用新型公开了一种保健枕，包括枕体，在枕体表面的中部设有一凹坑，在凹坑上设有一夹层，在夹层内设有保健药袋。本实用新型是在枕体中部设置了一个凹坑，由此，枕体外边界与凹坑间为自然的曲线过渡，无论采用何种睡姿，人的颈椎部都能得到枕面的支撑力，从而改善睡眠质量。此外，在凹坑处设置了一夹层，在夹层内设置了保健药袋，使其恰好能与人体头部接触，药物散发出的气体使人体更容易吸收，可以起到很好的保健作用；再者，保健药袋可随时拿出晾晒，拆卸安装也十分方便。

本实用新型涉及一种枕头，特别涉及一种具有保健功能的枕头。
背景技术
人生有三分之一的时间是处于睡眠时间，所以枕头作为一个睡眠工具对健康有着非常重要的作用。
普通的枕头枕体内多是填充纤维棉或者荞麦皮，这样的枕头没有保健功能，有人在枕体内加入了一些保健药物或是植物颗粒，但是这些药物或颗粒多是混杂在枕体的填充物内，与人的头部间隔较远，不易于起到良好的保健作用，还有药物更换起来比较麻烦，不易晾晒。
发明内容
本实用新型针对上述现有技术中存在的不足，提供了一种结构简单，组装方便，晾晒方便，可充分发挥保健功能的保健枕。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：
一种保健枕，包括枕体，在枕体表面的中部设有一凹坑，在凹坑上设有一夹层，在夹层内设有保健药袋。
作为优选，在保健药袋内填充有决明子颗粒。决明子具有明目、降压、调脂等保健功能，对人体非常有益。
