Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种电液换向阀,该阀包括电磁换向阀、阀体、端盖及阀芯,其中电磁换向阀装在阀体上,端盖通过螺钉与阀体连接,阀芯装在阀体上的阀芯孔里,其主要特征在于在阀体上设有环形流导,在阀芯上设有椭圆形的流量孔。本实用新型的电液换向阀与现有技术相比其优点是流量大、功耗小。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种阀,特别是涉及一种换向阀。 
背景技术
阀门,特别是换向阀是液压系统中常用的一种油路控制元件,而电液换向阀是通过先导阀控制底部阀芯运动,实现流量控制,这在液压控制中也是一种常用的液压控制元件。但现有的电液换向阀存在着:一是体积大,控制阀芯运动的电磁铁功耗也大;二是由于机械加工的原因,阀体上自制流导是直线形,阀芯上流量孔是圆孔,因此流导截面积小,故只能是一种大功率,小流量控制元件,这不符合节能、高效的要求,必须加以改进。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种大流量、低功耗的新型电液换向阀。 
本实用新型是这样实现的:电液换向阀包括电磁换向阀、阀体、端盖及阀芯,其中电磁换向阀装在阀体上方,端盖通过螺钉与阀体连接,阀芯装在阀体上的阀芯孔里,在阀体上设有环形流导,在阀芯上设有椭圆形的流量孔,其余结构及零部件与现有产品相同或相似。 
本实用新型的电液换向阀与现有产品相比其主要特点是: 
1、在阀体上将直线状的自制流导改进设计成翻砂成形的环形流导,以增加流导的截面积,增加流量; 
2、在阀芯上将园形流量孔改成椭圆形的流量孔,以增加流量。 
由于上述改进设计后本实用新型的产品与现有产品相比流量明显增大,而推动阀芯工作的电磁阀所需功率反而减小,节省了电能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步叙述。 
本实用新型的电液换向阀如图2所示包括:电磁换向阀1、阀体2、端盖3及阀芯4,其中电磁换向阀1装在阀体2的上方,端盖3通过螺钉与阀体2连接,阀芯4装在阀体上的阀芯孔里,在阀体2上设有环形流导6,在阀芯4上设有椭圆形的流量孔5,其余结构及工作原理与现有产品相同或相似。

1.一种电液换向阀,其特征在于该电液换向阀包括电磁换向阀(1)、阀体(2)、端盖(3)及阀芯(4),其中电磁换向阀装在阀体(2)的上方,端盖(3)通过螺钉与阀体(2)连接,阀芯(4)装在阀体(2)上的阀芯孔里,在阀体(2)上设有环形流导(6),在阀芯(4)上设有椭圆形的流量孔(5)。
