本实用新型公开了一种可快速装配的插芯锁,包括有插芯锁体,所述插芯锁体两端侧的定位槽板对称设置有至少一对与定位型材使用配合的卡凸,每一卡凸与插芯锁体的侧边盖板之间留有适当间隙。本实用新型与现有技术相比,其有益效果为:1、整体结构简单,制作容易,可在现有插芯锁基础上加工而成,降低了生产成本;2、通用性好,组装方便快捷,省时省力,从而提高了效率。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种插芯锁,属于门窗防盗设备技术领域,尤其是指一种可快速装配的插芯锁。
背景技术
现有技术中,门窗锁的款式各式各样,功效也各有不同,插芯锁即为其中一种比较传统的锁具,插芯锁的结构比较简单,成本和市场价格都比较低,因此应用范围比较广。但是,现有的插芯锁在装配时比较麻烦,需要先在门体侧端面开设螺丝孔,再通过螺丝将插芯锁体定位固定到门体上(如图1所示),费时费力,而且螺丝孔如果稍有偏差,插芯锁体将无法准备定位,需要重新开孔,有可能造成门体的破坏。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中的缺点与不足,提供一种结构简单、制作容易、可快速装配的插芯锁。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型按以下技术方案实现:
一种可快速装配的插芯锁,包括有插芯锁体,所述插芯锁体两端侧的定位槽板对称设置有至少一对与定位型材使用配合的卡凸,每一卡凸与插芯锁体的侧边盖板之间留有适当间隙。
进一步,所述插芯锁体两端侧的定位槽板上端部对称设置有一对与定位型材使用配合的卡凸,每一卡凸与插芯锁体侧边盖板之间留有适当间隙。较好的,所述插芯锁体的底部于侧边盖板与定位槽板的交接部位设置有一与定位型材卡接配合的卡槽。
进一步,所述插芯锁体两端侧的定位槽板的上、下两端部分别对称设置有一对与定位型材使用配合的卡凸,每一卡凸与插芯锁体侧边盖板之间留有适当间隙。
进一步,所述插芯锁体两端侧的定位槽板设置有若干个与定位型材边框顶抵接触配合以防止插芯锁体摆动的定位凸块。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,其有益效果为:
1、整体结构简单,制作容易,可在现有插芯锁基础上加工而成,降低了生产成本;
2、通用性好,组装方便快捷,省时省力,从而提高了效率。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图2、3所示,本实用新型所述的可快递装配的插芯锁,包括有一插芯锁体1,所述插芯锁体1两端侧的定位槽板11上端部对称设置有一对与定位型材2使用配合的卡凸111,每一卡凸13与插芯锁体侧边盖板12之间留有适当间隙。较好的,所述插芯锁体1的底部于侧边盖板12与定位槽板11的交接部位设置有一与定位型材2卡接配合的卡槽14。
进一步,所述插芯锁体1两端侧的定位槽板11设置有若干个与定位型材2边框顶抵接触配合以防止插芯锁体1摆动的定位凸块15。
装配时,先在定位型材2的侧端面冲压出插芯锁体安装槽21,安装槽21的边框一体冲压出与插芯锁体卡凸13卡接配合的凸起22,然后将插芯锁体1插入定位型材安装槽21内,并将插芯锁体1向下滑动,插芯锁体1的卡槽14正好卡入定位型材安装槽21的边框,同时插芯锁体1的卡凸13和侧边盖板12之间的间隙正好卡住定位型材安装槽21的凸起22,而插芯锁体1的定位凸块15与定位型材安装槽21的边框顶抵接触配合,从而可将插芯锁体1定位固定于定位型材2上,之后在装配把手和其它部件即可,方便快捷,省时省力。
实施例2
如图4、5所示,本实施例所述的实施方式与实施例1基本相同,不同之处仅在于,本实施方式中所述插芯锁体1两端侧的定位槽板11的上、下两端部分别对称设置有一对与定位型材2使用配合的卡凸13,每一卡凸13与插芯锁体侧边盖板12之间留有适当间隙,插芯锁体1的底部并没有设置卡槽。装配时,利用两对卡凸13与定位型材安装槽21的凸起22相配合,即可快速的将插芯锁体1定位固定于定位型材2上,同样省时省力。
本实用新型并不局限上述实施方式,如果对本实用新型的各种改动或变型不脱离本实用新型的精神和范围,倘若这些改动和变型属于本实用新型的权利要求和等同技术范围之内,则本实用新型也意图包含这些改动和变型。

1.一种可快速装配的插芯锁,包括有插芯锁体,其特征在于:所述插芯锁体两端侧的定位槽板对称设置有至少一对与定位型材使用配合的卡凸,每一卡凸与插芯锁体的侧边盖板之间留有适当间隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可快速装配的插芯锁,其特征在于:所述插芯锁体两端侧的定位槽板上端部对称设置有一对与定位型材使用配合的卡凸,每一卡凸与插芯锁体侧边盖板之间留有适当间隙。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可快速装配的插芯锁,其特征在于:所述插芯锁体的底部于侧边盖板与定位槽板的交接部位设置有一与定位型材卡接配合的卡槽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可快速装配的插芯锁,其特征在于:所述插芯锁体两端侧的定位槽板的上、下两端部分别对称设置有一对与定位型材使用配合的卡凸,每一卡凸与插芯锁体侧边盖板之间留有适当间隙。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一所述的可快速装配的插芯锁,其特征在于:所述插芯锁体两端侧的定位槽板设置有若干个与定位型材边框顶抵接触配合以防止插芯锁体摆动的定位凸块。
