背景技术
人体的脊柱，从正面看是一条直线，但侧面看是具有四个生理弯曲的曲线，为了保护颈部的正常生理弯曲，维持人们睡眠时正常的生理活动，人们睡眠时通常要使用枕头，一个软硬适中、高度合适的枕头对睡眠的质量有很重要的影响。现代生活压力很大，很多人有失眠的现象，特别是在炎热的夏季，高温天气下人们的心情烦躁，提高睡眠质量更是一个难以解决的问题，因此有必要设计一种既凉爽有有助眠作用的保健凉枕。
实用新型内容
为了提高夏季睡眠质量，本实用新型提供一种凉爽且具有安神助眠保健作用的保健凉枕。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
保健凉枕，由外枕套、内枕套、枕芯组成，装有枕芯的内枕套置于外枕套内，内枕套内还装有药物袋。
所述药物袋内装具有安神功能的中药粉和天然永磁体粉末。
所述外枕套为凉爽透气的竹、藤编制品，外枕套的一侧设置为开口。
本实用新型的有益效果是，竹、藤编制的外枕套使使用者保持凉爽的感觉，中药粉和永磁体粉末起到安神助眠的作用，适合在炎热的夏季使用。

具体实施方式
为了使本实用新型实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解，下面结合具体图示，进一步阐述本发明。
如图1、图2所示，装有枕芯的内枕套2放入外枕套1中，在内枕套外中部位置设置一个狭长的口袋3，将扁平状的药物袋4放入口袋3中，方便在药物失效的时候更换药物袋。
本实施例中外枕套长为80cm，宽度为35cm，枕套长为76cm，宽度为33cm，内枕套上的口袋长为50cm，宽为10cm，药物袋的规格与口袋相当。
药物袋内装有安神助眠的中药粉，使用时这些中药粉的有效成分会散发被使用者吸收，药物袋中还装有天然Fe3O4磁铁粉末，磁铁粉末作用于大脑皮层和中药粉，降低大脑的兴奋度，提高中药粉有效成分对人体的渗入作用，提高药效。
采用竹、藤等天然材料编制外枕套，这样的外枕套凉爽透气，而且天然环保，对皮肤没有刺激作用。
本实用新型的竹、藤编制的外枕套使使用者保持凉爽的感觉，中药粉和永磁体粉末起到安神助眠的作用，适合在炎热的夏季使用。
