Abstract
一种硬密封耐磨偏心球阀，它包括阀体(1)、阀座(2)、阀盖(3)和偏心半球阀芯，偏心半球阀芯由阀芯体(4)和钢质阀芯板(5)组成，钢质阀芯板(5)安装在偏心半球阀芯上。阀座(2)与钢质阀芯板(5)接触处的阀座(2)上焊有防腐耐磨的合金层。优点是：由于将偏心球阀用橡胶密封层来软密封改为用钢质阀芯板来实现硬密封，同时在阀座上焊有防腐耐磨合金层，且防腐耐磨的合金层与钢质阀芯板均采用球面结构设计，因而耐磨性好，使用寿命长，密封性能好，具有很好的剪切功能。

本实用新型涉及液体阀门领域。具体地说涉及一种耐磨偏心半球阀。
背景技术
现有偏心半球阀主要由阀体、阀座、偏心半球阀芯、阀芯杆和阀柄构成，偏心半球阀芯由阀芯体和橡胶密封层构成，橡胶密封层整体硫化在阀芯体的半球上。其不足之处在于：在杂质较多的介质环境下，其橡胶密封层耐磨性不够好，使用寿命不够长，剪切功能差。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有偏心半球阀上述之不足，而提供一种硬密封耐磨偏心球阀。
本实用新型包括阀体、阀座、阀盖和偏心半球阀芯，偏心半球阀芯由阀芯体和橡胶密封层构成，橡胶密封层由钢质阀芯板代替，钢质阀芯板安装在偏心半球阀芯上。
阀座与钢质阀芯板接触处的阀座上焊有防腐耐磨的合金层，且防腐耐磨的合金层与钢质阀芯板均采用球面结构设计。
在阀座上焊有的防腐耐磨合金层的材质与钢质阀芯板不同。
本实用新型的优点是：由于将偏心球阀用橡胶密封层来软密封改为用钢质阀芯板来实现硬密封，同时在阀座上焊有防腐耐磨合金层，且防腐耐磨的合金层与钢质阀芯板均采用球面结构设计，因而耐磨性好，使用寿命长，密封性能好，容易剪切介质中的杂物。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型包括阀体1、阀座2、阀盖3和偏心半球阀芯，偏心半球阀芯由阀芯体4和钢质阀芯板5组成，钢质阀芯板5用紧固螺栓安装在安装在偏心半球阀芯上。阀座2与钢质阀芯板5接触处的阀座2上焊有防腐耐磨的合金层，且防腐耐磨的合金层与钢质阀芯板均采用球面结构设计。在阀座2上焊有的防腐耐磨合金层与钢质阀芯板5的合金材质不同。

1.一种硬密封耐磨偏心球阀，它包括阀体(1)、阀座(2)、阀盖(3)和偏心半球阀芯，偏心半球阀芯由阀芯体(4)和橡胶密封层构成，其特征在于橡胶密封层由钢质阀芯板(5)代替，钢质阀芯板(5)安装在偏心半球阀芯上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的硬密封耐磨偏心球阀，其特征在于阀座(2)与钢质阀芯板(5)接触处的阀座(2)上焊有防腐耐磨的合金层，且防腐耐磨的合金层与钢质阀芯板(5)均采用球面结构设计。
3.根据权利要求1所述的硬密封耐磨偏心球阀，其特征在于在阀座(2)上焊有的防腐耐磨合金层的材质与钢质阀芯板不同。
