Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种高强度细木工板,包括中间芯板和上下筋皮单板,所述的中间芯板是由细木条竖向紧密排列组合而成;由于本实用新型将目前的板芯材料由木条横向排列改为纵向竖向排列结构,从而消除了目前板材易翘曲变形的缺陷;不仅减少了加工木条的刨削量,而且还可利用木材加工过程产生的边角料,将以往作为废料的边角料变废为宝,大大提高的木材的利用率;可以用生长周期短的经济林作为芯层的原料,这样一方面节约了材料,降低了成本,另一方面也保护了天然林,有利于环保。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及木制板材的技术领域,尤其属于一种芯板为竖向排列结构的高强度细工木板。
背景技术
目前细木工板已广泛应用于家具、室内装修、车厢和船舶内部装修等广泛领域,现有的细木工板都是由芯板层和上下筋皮单板组成,细木工板的主要性能由芯板层的材质和结构决定,细木工板芯板层的结构对于细木工板的强度、翘曲变形量和板面平整度等主要用于评价细木工板性能的技术参数起着决定性的影响,然而现有的细木工板芯板都是由小木条在宽度方向横向错接拼合而成的,这种横向排列拼合结构的细木工板芯板不能限制由于木条纤维方向的应力而导致的翘曲,所以横向排列拼合结构的细木工板芯板为了克服上述缺陷不得不采用一些价格昂贵的天然林或生长周期较长的进口木材作为材料,而且在芯板制作时对木方或木条的干湿度要求也较高,要经过木方或木条专用干燥系统的烘干,从而需要耗电、蒸汽或废料燃烧加热,浪费能量和污染环境,同时,利用多片锯或带锯加工芯板板材过程中刨削量大,造成木质资源的浪费。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是,为了克服现有技术的缺陷与不足,提供一种不容易变形,高强度和节约木材有利于环保的细木工板。
本实用新型的目的可以通过采取以下技术方案达到:一种高强度细木工板,包括中间芯板和上下筋皮单板,所述的中间芯板是由细木条竖向紧密排列组合而成,所述的上下筋皮单板以木纹横向排列敷设在中间芯板上,所述的上下筋皮单板通过粘合剂在高温高压下与中间芯板的上下两个面粘结,上下筋皮单板的外侧还粘结有面皮层。
与现有技术相比较,本实用新型具有以下优点:
1、本实用新型强度是目前细木工板强度的3到5倍;
2、本实用新型改变了目前的板芯层材料由木条横向排列为纵向竖向排列结构,从而消除了目前板材易翘曲变形的缺陷;
3、本实用新型改变了目前的板芯层材料由木条横向排列为纵向竖向排列结构,不仅减少了加工木条的刨削量,而且还可利用木材加工过程产生的边角料,将以往作为的废料的边角料变废为宝,大大提高的木材的利用率。
4、本实用新型改变了目前的板芯材料由木条横向排列为纵向竖向排列结构,克服了由于横向排列拼合结构的细木工板芯板不能限制由于木条纤维方向的应力而导致的翘曲问题,所以原来只能选用昂贵的天然林作为芯层原料也可以用生长周期短的经济林来作为芯层的原料,这样一方面节约了材料,降低了成本,另一方面也保护了天然林,有利于环保。
5、由于本实用新型板芯材料的细木条厚度较小,因此可以通过日照或通风等天然方式达到制作板芯材料干湿度的要求,相比较现有技术通过烘干等方式,节约了能源,减少了污染,也降低了成本。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式作详细描述。
如图1所示,本实用新型一种高强度细木工板,包括中间芯板1、上筋皮单板2,下筋皮单板3及上面皮层5和下面皮层6。先将经济林木原材料切割成小木条状,厚度为2~6mm,然后将小木条涂覆黏胶,依次将小木条纵向竖直排列后经机械侧压成中间芯板1,然后中间芯板1上下表面涂覆黏胶层,再将上筋皮单板2和下筋皮单板3在高温高压的条件下分别黏贴在中间芯板1上下两个表面上,最后将上面皮层5和下面皮层6分别黏贴在上筋皮单板2和下筋皮单板3的外表面上。
以上所揭露的仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本实用新型之权利范围,因此依本实用新型申请专利范围所作的等同变化,仍属本实用新型所涵盖的范围。
Claims (4)
1.一种高强度细木工板,包括中间芯板和上下筋皮单板,其特征在于:所述的中间芯板是由细木条竖向紧密排列组合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高强度细木工板,其特征在于:所述中间芯板的细木条主要由经济林木制成,厚度为2~6mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高强度细木工板,其特征在于:所述的上下筋皮单板以木纹横向排列敷设在中间芯板上,所述的上下筋皮单板通过粘合剂在高温高压下与中间芯板的上下两个面粘结。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的高强度细木工板,其特征在于:上下筋皮单板的外侧还粘结有面皮层。
