本实用新型涉及钻机，尤其是涉及钻机中的驱动连接装置。
背景技术
钻机的驱动连接装置通常包括有电机主动轴、钻杆、钻杆钻套，钻杆套内装有钻杆，电机主动轴通过钻杆套带动钻杆旋转。目前，钻杆套与主动轴的连接方式主要有两种，一种是钻杆套通过其中的内四方与主动轴套接，另一种是钻杆套通过内螺纹与主动轴连接。这两种连接方式其紧固性能均有待进一步提高，另外其在实际应用中还存在其他缺陷。例如，钻杆套通过内四方与主动轴连接时，为了保证连接的牢固性，钻杆套和主动轴的连接处必需设计为较大体形，由此不仅增加了主机重量，也加重了主机负荷；而通过螺纹与主轴连接时，会使钻杆只能正转不能反转，从而影响钻机的使用效率，同时由于螺纹紧固后不容易拆装，采用此结构可以提高维修效率。

本实用新型的目的就是要提供一种紧固性能更好，并能够克服上述缺陷的钻机驱动连接装置。

本实用新型所提供的钻机驱动连接装置，包括有钻杆、钻杆套、主动轴，其设计要点是在钻杆套的端头设有接头，该接头的外端面设有榫槽；在与之连接的主动轴的端面设有与之相匹配的榫头。
如此设计的钻机驱动连接装置，其钻杆套可通过接头与主动轴上的卯榫构件与主动轴紧固地连接在一起。由于该插接结构巧妙，用料少、重量轻，且卯榫构件所受压力越大，牢固性越高，因此可使钻机更高效地运转。

具体实施方式
本实用新型如图1所示，包括有钻杆、钻杆套1、主动轴3，在钻杆套的端头设有接头2，接头2的外端面设有榫槽2-1；在与之连接的主动轴3的端面设有与之相匹配的榫头3-1。为进一步增强该连接部位的紧固性，在所说的接头2的榫槽(2-1)中设有榫头(2-2)，所说的主动轴3上的榫头(3-1)内设有榫槽(3-2)，由此形成卯中有榫、榫中有卯的双卯榫配合结构。在所说的接头2、主动轴3、上设有径向贯通的开口销4，用于插接紧固销。

1.一种钻机的驱动连接装置，包括有钻杆、钻杆套(1)、主动轴(3)，其特征在于在钻杆套(1)的端头设有接头(2)，接头(2)的外端面设有榫槽(2-1)；在与之连接的主动轴(3)的端面设有与之相匹配的榫头(3-1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的驱动连接装置，其特征在于所说的接头(2)的榫槽(2-1)中设有榫头(2-2)，所说的主动轴(3)上的榫头(3-1)内设有榫槽(3-2)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的驱动连接装置，其特征在于所说的接头(2)、主动轴(3)上设有径向贯通的开口销(4)。
