使用时，先将胃管穿入夹体1上的通孔2内，然后再将胃管置于鼻腔，使夹体1的内弧形面贴于鼻下，最后将固定带系于头部即可，由于通孔2的直径略小于胃管直径，故不必担心胃管脱落。
