如图所示，本实用新型包括夹体1，其中，上述夹体1呈T形，夹体1的横架2上设有通孔5，通孔5的直径略小于胃管直径，在夹体1的竖架3上有线孔4。
使用时，先将胃管穿入横架2上的通孔5内，然后再进入鼻腔，使固定绳通过线孔4，最后将固定绳系于头部即可，由于通孔5的直径略小于胃管直径，故不必担心胃管脱落。
