本实用新型属发动机与发电机技术领域,尤其涉及一种发动机与发电机的一体机。
背景技术
传统电站的发电机多为单轴承支撑或双轴承支撑,同时还具有前后端盖,同时扭力输出端与发动机配重端设置在发动机的两个端面,为达到电站较好的小型化、轻量化效果,可能性很小,特别在一些尺寸要求较为严格特殊的使用场所,更不易达到理想的效果。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是设计一种重量轻、体积小的发动机发电机一体机,实现本实用新型的目的所采取的技术方案是:本实用新型包括机架、逆变器、控制箱、油箱、减振机座、冷却风扇及发动机。将发电机转子的永磁体镶嵌在发动机配重飞轮内作为发电机的转子,发动机配重飞轮(转子)与发动机主轴通过螺栓连接为一体,定子安装在发动机的定位止口面。
本实用新型从而解决传统发电电站的扭力输出端与发动机配重端设置在发动机的两个端面的问题。大大缩小了整机的体积与重量,为电站实现小型化,轻量化设计提供了有利的保障。
