本实用新型涉及一种聚氨酯瓦楞复合保温板，包括预涂油漆或经表面处理装饰的金属面板，金属板或无纺布或玻璃纤维布的底板，以及及设置在所述金属面板与底板之间、并使用金属网或金属板或玻璃纤维网格布弯成的瓦楞形芯材；且所述金属面板与所述瓦楞形芯材之间、以及所述瓦楞形芯材与所述底板之间设置有聚氨酯发泡粘接层。本实用新型技术方案提供的聚氨酯瓦楞复合保温板克服了一般复合板强度和刚性不足的问题，并增加了复合板的保温功能；其集保温和装饰功能一体，使用寿命长，钢度和强度高，板面平整，是新一代环保型内外墙保温复合板材。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及装饰建材技术领域，尤其涉及一种聚氨酯瓦楞复合保温板。
背景技术
目前建筑装饰的复合板一般是指铝塑板、蜂窝板、仿木聚氨酯复合板和瓦楞复合板，这些都是单一效果的装饰复合板，只有装饰功能，没有保温效果。进一步而言，一般复合板在生产时，要用粘合剂粘合，而粘合剂只有粘合功能，同样也不具备保温效果，达不到环保要求，而国家推行节能环保、减排政策，建筑内、外墙都需用保温材料。因此，鉴于以上问题并基于聚氨酯的粘合和保温双重特性，所以有需要开发一种有保温性能且强度较好的新型聚氨酯瓦楞复合保温板，这种板材可以根据各种性能要求，例如板材的刚性、强度或保温性能、防火要求，来设计生产出满足不同客户需求的产品。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种聚氨酯瓦楞复合保温板，以解决现有技术中缺乏类似产品的问题。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案提出一种聚氨酯瓦楞复合保温板，包括预涂油漆或经表面处理装饰的金属面板，金属板或无纺布或玻璃纤维布的底板，以及及设置在所述金属面板与底板之间、并使用金属网或金属板或玻璃纤维网格布弯成的瓦楞形芯材。
并且，所述金属面板与所述瓦楞形芯材之间、以及所述瓦楞形芯材与所述底板之间设置有聚氨酯发泡粘接层。具体是通过灌注或喷涂或其它方法将聚氨酯材料发泡在金属面板、瓦楞形芯材及底板之间，通过聚氨酯发泡直接将三者粘接在一起。
上述的聚氨酯瓦楞复合保温板中，所述瓦楞形芯材与所述金属面板和所述底板接触的部分为半圆形。
上述的聚氨酯瓦楞复合保温板中，所述瓦楞形芯材与所述金属面板和所述底板接触的部分为平顶形。
上述的聚氨酯瓦楞复合保温板为平板。
上述的聚氨酯瓦楞复合保温板具有经过弯折的边。
本实用新型技术方案提供的聚氨酯瓦楞复合保温板克服了一般复合板强度和刚性不足的问题，并增加了复合板的保温功能；其集保温和装饰功能一体，使用寿命长，钢度和强度高，板面平整，是新一代环保型内外墙保温复合板材。

具体实施方式
以下实施例用于说明本实用新型，但不用来限制本实用新型的范围。
图1～2分别为本实用新型聚氨酯瓦楞复合保温板实施例一和实施例二的剖面图，如图所示，本实用新型的聚氨酯瓦楞复合保温板包括面板11，底板13，位于二者中间的瓦楞形芯材12，以及将以上三者结合在一起的聚氨酯发泡粘接层14。其中，面板11是预涂油漆装饰或表面已经过处理的金属装饰坂；中间层的瓦楞形芯材12是用金属网、金属板或玻璃纤维网格布弯制而成；底板13则采用金属板、无纺布或玻璃纤维布制成；而聚氨酯发泡粘接层14的形成，具体是通过灌注或喷涂或其它方法将聚氨酯材料发泡在金属面板11、瓦楞形芯材12及底板13之间，通过聚氨酯发泡直接将三者粘接在一起，从而形成新型聚氨酯瓦楞复合保温板。
另外，本实用新型的聚氨酯瓦楞复合保温板中，瓦楞形芯材12与金属面板11和底板13接触的部分，也即瓦楞形状的波峰和波谷部分，既可以是类似半圆的弧形(如图1中A处所示)；也可以是能够使得接触面积更大的平顶形状(如图2中A’处所示)。
再者，本实用新型聚氨酯瓦楞复合保温板的两边或四边可不作弯边处理(如图1中B处所示)而制成平板；也可以用弯边处理(如图2中B’处所示)，制成立即可安装的高级保温装饰墙板。
本实用新型技术方案提供的聚氨酯瓦楞复合保温板克服了一般复合板强度和刚性不足的问题，并增加了复合板的保温功能；其集保温和装饰功能一体，而安装和加工方法则可以和传统铝塑板相同，也可增加新的粘贴加锚固一体化安装方法，可以用干挂幕墙式或湿贴在墙体上，使用寿命长，钢度和强度高，板面平整，是新一代环保型内外墙保温复合板材。进一步而言，由于聚氨酯瓦楞复合保温板内部有瓦楞结构材料和聚氨酯保温材料，所以可以减少表面板材的厚度，不会影响聚氨酯瓦楞复合板材的强度，从而达到减少用料、兼具保温性能的效果，是为制造方便、能够自动化生产、减少劳动力的新型产品。
以上为本实用新型的最佳实施方式，依据本实用新型公开的内容，本领域的普通技术人员能够显而易见地想到一些雷同、替代方案，均应落入本实用新型保护的范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种聚氨酯瓦楞复合保温板，其特征在于，包括预涂油漆或经表面处理装饰的金属面板，金属板或无纺布或玻璃纤维布的底板，以及设置在所述金属面板与底板之间、并使用金属网或金属板或玻璃纤维网格布弯成的瓦楞形芯材；且所述金属面板与所述瓦楞形芯材之间、以及所述瓦楞形芯材与所述底板之间设置有聚氨酯发泡粘接层。
2.如权利要求1所述的聚氨酯瓦楞复合保温板，其特征在于，所述瓦楞形芯材与所述金属面板和所述底板接触的部分为半圆形。
3.如权利要求1所述的聚氨酯瓦楞复合保温板，其特征在于，所述瓦楞形芯材与所述金属面板和所述底板接触的部分为平顶形。
4.如权利要求1～3任一项所述的聚氨酯瓦楞复合保温板，其特征在于，该聚氨酯瓦楞复合保温板为平板。
5.如权利要求1～3任一项所述的聚氨酯瓦楞复合保温板，其特征在于，该聚氨酯瓦楞复合保温板具有经过弯折的边。
