Abstract
本发明涉及一种隔热瓦楞材料及其制备方法,由面层、芯层和底层组成,面层与芯层间、芯层与底层间采用粘合剂粘合,其特征在于,所述的面层与芯层间、芯层与底层间的粘合剂至少一层为具有发泡功能的粘合剂。将面层、芯层和底层通过粘合剂粘合好,在90~120℃的蒸汽的喷蒸下或加热下,具有发泡功能的粘合层起泡,同时并不影响其粘合牢度,或者在做好成型品后,再在90~120℃的蒸汽的喷蒸下或加热下起泡。与现有技术相比,本发明具有隔热性能好等优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种包装材料,尤其是涉及一种隔热瓦楞材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
经过世界范围近150年的努力实践,瓦楞纸板技术不断深化。现有瓦楞纸板产业的发展已达到了极限,瓦楞纸箱供需严重过剩,瓦楞纸箱工业一直在超前于经济发展的速度。就全国而言,设备过多、竞争激烈、效益低下、技术门槛低等,导致瓦楞纸箱长期处于严重过剩,产品结构单一等处境。
瓦楞类材料一直以来都被用于低档包装,科研水平、生产工艺落后,技术门槛低,竞争激烈,导致该材料一直处于低水平停滞状态。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种隔热瓦楞材料及其制备方法。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:一种隔热瓦楞材料,由面层、芯层和底层组成,面层与芯层间、芯层与底层间采用粘合剂粘合,其特征在于,所述的面层与芯层间、芯层与底层间的粘合剂至少一层为具有发泡功能的粘合剂。
所述的具有发泡功能的粘合剂包括以下重量份含量的组分:水溶性羧基丙烯酸酯乳液20-40,羧基聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液10-20,改性戊二醛2-8,乳化剂1-5,基材1-5,发泡剂1-8
所述的基材为PE、PP、PVC或PS。
所述的发泡剂为物理发泡剂、化学发泡剂中的一种或几种,所述的物理发泡剂为戊烷,所述的化学发泡剂为偶氮二甲基酰胺或偶氮二异丁腈。
所述的改性戊二醛,购自邦生贸易有限公司。
所述的水溶性羧基丙烯酸酯乳液,购自邦生贸易有限公司。
所述的羧基聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液,购自邦生贸易有限公司。
一种隔热瓦楞材料的生产工艺,其特征在于,将面层、芯层和底层通过粘合剂裱合好,在90~120℃的蒸汽的喷蒸下或加热下,具有发泡功能的粘合层起泡,同时并不影响其粘合牢度,或者在做好成型品后,再在90~120℃的蒸汽的喷蒸下或加热下起泡。
与现有技术相比,本发明隔热瓦楞材料的芯层与底层间的粘合剂为发泡粘合剂,或是该两层间的一层为具有发泡功能粘合剂,该工艺为,与正常生产瓦楞纸一样,具有特殊功能发泡粘合剂与普能的粘合剂一样使用,粘合好后,在100度左右的蒸汽的喷蒸下或加热下,胶水层起泡,同时并不影响其粘合牢度,也可是在做好成型品后,再加热起泡。其中采用的具有发泡功能的粘合剂为水溶性的,在一定温度下会发泡,发泡后不影响粘合性能,同时阻隔了内部热能的散发,其发泡后是本发明中中隔热的关键材料。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
下述实施例中采用的原料如下:
所述的改性戊二醛,购自邦生贸易有限公司。
所述的水溶性羧基丙烯酸酯乳液,购自邦生贸易有限公司。
所述的羧基聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液,购自邦生贸易有限公司。
实施例1
一种隔热瓦楞材料,由面层、芯层和底层组成,面层与芯层间、芯层与底层间采用粘合剂粘合,所述的面层与芯层间、芯层与底层间的粘合剂至少一层为具有发泡功能的粘合剂。所述的具有发泡功能的粘合剂包括以下重量份含量的组分:水溶性羧基丙烯酸酯乳液20,羧基聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液20,改性戊二醛8,乳化剂5,基材1,发泡剂1。
所述的基材为PE、PP、PVC或PS。所述的发泡剂为物理发泡剂、化学发泡剂中的一种或几种,所述的物理发泡剂为戊烷,所述的化学发泡剂为偶氮二甲基酰胺或偶氮二异丁腈。
上述隔热瓦楞材料的生产工艺:将面层、芯层和底层通过粘合剂裱合好,在90~120℃的蒸汽的喷蒸下或加热下,具有发泡功能的粘合层起泡,同时并不影响其粘合牢度,或者在做好成型品后,再在90~120℃的蒸汽的喷蒸下或加热下起泡。

一种隔热瓦楞材料,由面层、芯层和底层组成,面层与芯层间、芯层与底层间采用粘合剂粘合,其特征在于,所述的面层与芯层间、芯层与底层间的粘合剂至少一层为具有发泡功能的粘合剂。所述的具有发泡功能的粘合剂包括以下重量份含量的组分:水溶性羧基丙烯酸酯乳液30,羧基聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液30,改性戊二醛2,乳化剂1-5,基材5,发泡剂8。
所述的基材为PE、PP、PVC或PS。所述的发泡剂为物理发泡剂、化学发泡剂中的一种或几种,所述的物理发泡剂为戊烷,所述的化学发泡剂为偶氮二甲基酰胺或偶氮二异丁腈。
上述隔热瓦楞材料的生产工艺:将面层、芯层和底层通过粘合剂裱合好,在90~120℃的蒸汽的喷蒸下或加热下,具有发泡功能的粘合剂层起泡,同时并不影响其粘合牢度,或者在做好成型品后,再在90~120℃的蒸汽的喷蒸下或加热下起泡。
实施例3
一种隔热瓦楞材料,由面层、芯层和底层组成,面层与芯层间、芯层与底层间采用粘合剂粘合,其特征在于,所述的面层与芯层间、芯层与底层间的粘合剂至少一层为具有发泡功能的粘合剂。所述的具有发泡功能的粘合剂包括以下重量份含量的组分:水溶性羧基丙烯酸酯乳液25,羧基聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液25,改性戊二醛5,乳化剂3,基材3,发泡剂5。
所述的基材为PE、PP、PVC或PS。所述的发泡剂为物理发泡剂、化学发泡剂中的一种或几种,所述的物理发泡剂为戊烷,所述的化学发泡剂为偶氮二甲基酰胺或偶氮二异丁腈。
上述隔热瓦楞材料的生产工艺:将面层、芯层和底层通过粘合剂粘合好,在90~120℃的蒸汽的喷蒸下或加热下,具有发泡功能的粘合层起泡,同时并不影响其粘合牢度,或者在做好成型品后,再在90~120℃的蒸汽的喷蒸下或加热下起泡。
采用上述各实施例所得隔热瓦楞材料制作为同等大小的杯子,加入同量的水,相同的初始温度的水,检测其保温性能与普通瓦楞材料的区别,具体见下表:
由上表可知,本发明材料保温性能更好。
Claims (5)
1.一种隔热瓦楞材料,由面层、芯层和底层组成,面层与芯层间、芯层与底层间采用粘合剂粘合,其特征在于,所述的面层与芯层间、芯层与底层间的粘合剂至少一层为具有发泡功能的粘合剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔热瓦楞材料,其特征在于,所述的具有发泡功能的粘合剂包括以下重量份含量的组分:水溶性羧基丙烯酸酯乳液20-30,羧基聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液20-30,改性戊二醛2-8,乳化剂1-5,基材1-5,发泡剂1-8。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种隔热瓦楞材料,其特征在于,所述的基材为PE、PP、PVC或PS。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种隔热瓦楞材料,其特征在于,所述的发泡剂为物理发泡剂、化学发泡剂中的一种或几种,所述的物理发泡剂为戊烷,所述的化学发泡剂为偶氮二甲基酰胺或偶氮二异丁腈。
5.一种如权利要求1所述的隔热瓦楞材料的生产工艺,其特征在于,将面层、芯层和底层通过粘合剂裱合好,在90~120℃的蒸汽的喷蒸下或加热下,具有发泡功能的粘合层起泡,同时并不影响其粘合牢度,或者在做好成型品后,再在90~120℃的蒸汽的喷蒸下或加热下起泡。
