本实用新型的目的是为了克服上述技术中存在的缺点,提供了一种结构紧密、耐磨、抗挤压性能好和不易变形的锻打钢丝绳。 
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是: 
一种锻打钢丝绳,由若干条绳股捻合而成,所述绳股由若干钢丝捻合而成,所述绳股在捻合时经锻打,绳体外层的每根钢丝外表面平整,与整绳的相切相接面变大,而绳与绳之间的间隙变小,其中内层的部分或全部钢丝变形;其每根钢丝的断面为多边形;钢丝与纲丝之间的相切相接面变大,而丝与丝之间的间隙变小。 
优选的,所述钢丝绳中间设有一绳芯,所述绳股中间设有一股芯。 
采用上述方案后,通过在捻合时的锻打使钢丝与纲丝之间的相切相接面变大而间隙变小来达到耐磨、抗挤压性能好,不易变形的目的。本实用新型具有结构简单、耐磨、抗挤压性能好、不易变形和成本低的特点,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。

如图1所示,本实用新型公开了一种锻打钢丝绳,由若干条绳股4捻合而成,所述绳股由4若干钢丝2捻合而成,所述绳股4在捻合时采用旋锻工艺锻打,绳体外层的每根钢丝外表面平整,与整绳的相切相接面变大,而绳与绳之间的间隙变小,其中内层的部分或全部钢丝变形;其每根钢丝的断面为多边形;钢丝与纲丝之间的相切相接面变大,而丝与丝之间的间隙变小,所述钢丝绳中间设有一绳芯1,所述绳芯1为不规则多边形且刚好能填充其外围的各绳股4间相接时产生的空隙,所述绳股中间设有一股芯3。 
综上所述,通过在捻合时的锻打使钢丝与纲丝之间的相切相接面变大而间隙变小来达到耐磨、抗挤压性能好,不易变形的目的。可以广泛应用于电梯、起吊重物和工业建设等领域。本实用新型具有结构简单、耐磨、抗挤压性能好、不易变形和成本低的特点,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。

1.一种锻打钢丝绳,由若干条绳股(4)捻合而成,所述绳股(4)由若干钢丝(2)捻合而成,其特征在于,所述绳股(4)在捻合时经锻打,绳体外层的每根钢丝(2)外表面平整,与整绳的相切相接面变大,而绳与绳之间的间隙变小,其中内层的部分或全部钢丝变形;其每根钢丝(2)的断面为多边形;钢丝(2)与纲丝(2)之间的相切相接面变大,而丝与丝之间的间隙变小。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种锻打钢丝绳,其特征在于,所述钢丝绳中间设有一绳芯(1),所述绳股中间设有一股芯(3)。
