技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种人造地板，特别是一种内含花色纸的胶合板人造地板。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的不断提高，传统的实木地板的由于其产量低、造价高，已经不能满足广大人民的需求，因此人们研发出了各种人造地板以代替实木地板。现有的人造地板，主要有两种常见结构，一种是在花色纸表面压贴一层含三氧化二铝的纸或直接涂布含三氧化二铝的胶，这种人造地板具有较好的耐磨性能，但是降低了地板花色的清晰度，导致仿真效果较差；另一种是在花色纸表面直接涂布油漆，这种人造地板可保证地板花色的清晰度且具备好的仿真效果，但是却大大降低了地板的耐磨性能。因此，如何使人造地板既能具备良好的仿真效果又能具备优良的耐磨性能，一直是人造地板业的重要课题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种内含花色纸的胶合板地板，可以有效解决现有技术存在的仿真效果差、耐磨性能差等问题。本实用新型涉及一种内含花色纸的胶合板地板，包括胶合板基材，所述胶合板基材上表面贴有一层花色纸，花色纸上表面涂有一层聚氨酯漆，所述聚氨酯漆上方涂有一层紫外光固化油漆，所述胶合板下方贴有一层实木单板，所述实木单板下方涂有一层紫外光固化油漆。所述花色纸为三聚氰胺胶浸渍花色纸。本实用新型稳定性好、实木感强、仿真效果好、漆膜硬度强、耐磨性能优良、使用寿命长，可大幅降低保养成本。

具体实施方式
图中包括胶合板基材1，胶合板是由木段旋切成单板或由木方刨切成薄木，再用胶粘剂胶合而成的三层或多层的板状材料，通常用奇数层单板，并使相邻层单板的纤维方向互相垂直胶合而成。胶合板是以木材为主要原料生产的胶合板，其结构的合理性和生产过程中的精细加工，可大大改善和提高木材的物理力学性能。胶合板基材作为人造地板的主要平台，可提高地板稳定性能，使得地板有实木地板的脚感。
所述胶合板基材上表面贴有一层花色纸2，所述花色纸为三聚氰胺胶浸渍花色纸，花色纸上有仿制实木花色的纹理，使得具有仿真效果。
花色纸上表面涂有一层聚氨酯漆3，聚氨酯漆即聚氨基甲酸酯漆，漆膜强韧，光泽丰满，附着力强，可提高地板漆膜硬度、提高地板耐磨、耐腐蚀性能，可提高地板花色的清晰度和高仿真效果。但是这种漆存在有遇潮起泡，漆膜粉化、易变黄等问题，因此，这种聚氨酯漆不适合直接暴露在空气中。
所述聚氨酯漆上方涂有一层紫外光固化油漆4，紫外光固化油漆，即U1travio1et Curing Paint，缩写为UV漆，也称为光引发涂料或光固化涂料。V漆防潮性能好，可保护聚氨酯漆；UV漆透明度好，可以提高地板花色清晰度和仿真效果；UV漆硬度大，耐磨性好，提高地板耐刮碰、耐摩擦、耐磨、耐污染性能。
所述胶合板下方贴有一层实木单板5，实木单板可用于平衡地板花色纸和聚氨酯漆的应力，提高地板仿真实木效果。
所述实木单板下方涂有一层紫外光固化油漆6，在本实用新型所述的人造地板的底面上涂有紫外光固化油漆，可用于平衡地板表层紫外光固化油漆的应力。胶合板基材上下承受的应力相同，可以防止人造地板会发生形变。

1.一种内含花色纸的胶合板地板，包括胶合板基材，其特征在于：所述胶合板基材上表面贴有一层花色纸，花色纸上表面涂有一层聚氨酯漆，所述聚氨酯漆上方涂有一层紫外光固化油漆，所述胶合板下方贴有一层实木单板，所述实木单板下方涂有一层紫外光固化油漆。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种内含花色纸的胶合板地板，其特征在于：所述花色纸为三聚氰胺胶浸渍花色纸。
