本实用新型的目的是提供一种内含实木木皮的人造地板，可以有效解决现有技术存在的木纹仿真度差、不够美观、成本太高等问题。本实用新型涉及一种内含实木木皮的人造地板，包括胶合板，所述胶合板上贴有一层实木木皮，实木木皮上方涂有一层聚氨酯漆，所述聚氨酯漆上方涂有一层紫外光固化油漆，所述胶合板下方涂有一层紫外光固化油漆。本实用新型结构简单，成本较低，纹理清晰，仿真程度高。

背景技术
随着人民生活水平的不断提高，传统的实木地板的由于其产量低、造价高，已经不能满足广大人民的需求，因此人们研发出了各种人造地板以代替实木地板。人造地板中有很大一部分是仿真木地板，人们为了方便，往往会加入木纹纸或木纹PVC等，但是木纹纸和木纹PVC反应不出木材天然的纹理，其美观程度远不如实木地板。实木地板大多采用传统工艺，即在实木木皮上直接涂饰紫外光固化油漆，这种结构的耐磨转数不高，耐磨性能较差。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种内含实木木皮的人造地板，可以有效解决现有技术存在的木纹仿真度差、耐磨性能差等问题。本实用新型涉及一种内含实木木皮的人造地板，包括胶合板，所述胶合板上贴有一层实木木皮，实木木皮上方涂有一层聚氨酯漆，所述聚氨酯漆上方涂有一层紫外光固化油漆，所述胶合板下方涂有一层紫外光固化油漆。本实用新型结构简单，成本较低，纹理清晰，耐用性强。

具体实施方式
图中包括胶合板1，胶合板是由木段旋切成单板或由木方刨切成薄木，再用胶粘剂胶合而成的三层或多层的板状材料，通常用奇数层单板，并使相邻层单板的纤维方向互相垂直胶合而成。胶合板是以木材为主要原料生产的胶合板，其结构的合理性和生产过程中的精细加工，可大大改善和提高木材的物理力学性能。
所述胶合板上贴有一层实木木皮2，实木木皮是通过旋切或刨切木材得到的木皮，既保留了木材的花纹又保留了木材的天然质感，很适合做饰面。
实木木皮上方涂有一层聚氨酯漆3，聚氨酯漆即聚氨基甲酸酯漆，漆膜强韧，光泽丰满，附着力强，具有耐水、耐磨、耐腐蚀性。但是这种漆存在有遇潮起泡，漆膜粉化、易变黄等问题，因此，这种聚氨酯漆不适合直接暴露在空气中。
所述聚氨酯漆上方涂有一层紫外光固化油漆4，所述胶合板下方涂有一层紫外光固化油漆5。
紫外光固化油漆，即Ultraviolet Curing Paint，缩写为UV漆，也称为光引发涂料或光固化涂料。UV油漆不含任何挥发物质，使用UV油漆生产的产品绿色、健康、环保。
UV漆膜是立体状结构，硬度大，耐磨性好，透明度好，产品耐刮碰、耐摩擦，经得起时间的考验。
本实用新型经过强紫外线光固化处理，色泽稳定，历久常新，不会褪色或出现色差。漆膜饱满无桔皮，硬度是其他烤漆门板的2倍，耐刮划，耐酸碱，不易变形。

1.一种内含实木木皮的人造地板，包括胶合板，其特征在于：所述胶合板上贴有一层实木木皮，实木木皮上方涂有一层聚氨酯漆，所述聚氨酯漆上方涂有一层紫外光固化油漆，所述胶合板下方涂有一层紫外光固化油漆。
