本实用新型公开了燃气热水器烟管换热器;其特征是:在换热腔内安置有一组或一组以上的换热管;换热管为圆形或椭圆形,以螺旋状或波纹状排列;其一端是进烟口,另一端是排烟口,进烟口通过烟管座与燃气热水器联接,换热腔设置在燃气热水器的上方或侧面,组成简单紧密的结构,使随烟气中排出的热量得到充分利用,具有明显的节能效果。

本实用新型涉及节能装置,更具体地说是燃气热水器烟管换热器。
背景技术:
燃气热水器以方便、清洁、全天候都能使用的优点倍受众多家庭的青睐,但在使用时其排烟温度过高,大都在110℃以上,很多热量没有被充分利用而白白浪费,目前市场销售的冷凝式燃气热水器都有明显的节能效果,但其结构比较复杂,制造成本较高,增加了使用者的经济负担,成为产品发展的瓶颈,制约了市场的普及,而普通燃气热水器没有充分利用烟气中携带的热量,存在着能源浪费现象。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的就是为了解决现有技术之不足而提供的一种结构简单,制造成本低,节能显著、可以和普通热水器完美结合的燃气热水器烟管换热器。
本实用新型解决问题所采用的技术方案是这样实现的,本实用新型其特征是:换热腔内安置有一组或一组以上的换热管;换热管为圆形或椭圆形,以螺旋状或波纹状排列,其一端是进烟口,另一端或侧端是排烟口,进烟口通过烟管座与燃气热水器联接;在换热腔的进端设有进水口和出水口,进水口通过上分水管与换热管联接;出水口通过下分水管与换热管联接;换热腔为圆形或方形,设置在燃气热水器的上方或侧面;换热腔下部设有集水槽,集水槽联接冷凝水口。
本实用新型与已有技术相比,有益效果体现在:
1、本实用新型是充分利用燃气热水器排烟管空间,在换热腔内安置有一组或多组换热管,换热管为螺旋状或波纹状排列,增大换热面积,形成简单紧凑的结构,可自由的与燃气热水器烟管座联接,降低了制造成本。
2.本实用新型结构简单、节约能源、安装使用都很方便。

具体实施方式
参见附图1、3;本实施例换热腔(4)内设置有三组圆形螺旋状换热管(3),其一端是排烟口(1)与出烟管(11)联接,另一端是进烟口(6)与烟管座(13)联接,换热腔(4)的进水口(7)通过上分水管(2)与换热管(3)联接;出水口(8)通过下分水管(5)与换热管(3)联接;换热腔(4)下部设有集水槽(10),集水槽(10)联接冷凝水口(9);为了与烟管座(13)和出烟管(11)匹配,换热腔(4)采用圆形结构;使用时,将自来水联接在进水口(7)上,燃气热水器(12)的进水接口(图中未画出)通过管道联接在出水口(8)上,换热腔(4)串联在烟管座(13)上,当燃气热水器(12)工作产生的高温烟气经过换热腔(4)时,冷水从进水口(7)进入,经换热管(3)与高温烟气进行热交换,使烟气中的热量得到充分的利用,预热后的水经过出水口(8)流入燃气热水器(12)中进行再加热,形成的热水流出供人们使用;热交换产生的冷凝水聚集在集水槽(10)中,聚集到一定量从冷凝水口(9)排出。
参见附图2、4;本实施例换热腔(4)联接在燃气热水器(12)上方的烟管座(13)上,内部有椭圆形螺旋状换热管(3);使用时,燃气热水器(12)燃烧产生的高温烟气经过换热腔(4),从换热管(3)表面经过进行热交换,冷却后的烟气经出烟管(11)排出,预热后的水经过出水口(8)流入燃气热水器(12)中进行再加热,形成的热水供人们使用。

1.燃气热水器烟管换热器,其特征是:在换热腔内安置有一组或一组以上的换热管;换热管为圆形或椭圆形,以螺旋状或波纹状排列;其一端是进烟口,另一端或侧端是排烟口,进烟口通过烟管座与燃气热水器联接;在换热腔的进端设有进水口和出水口,进水口通过上分水管与换热管联接;出水口通过下分水管与换热管联接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的燃气热水器烟管换热器,其特征是:换热腔为圆形或方形,设置在燃气热水器的上方或侧面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的燃气热水器烟管换热器,其特征是:换热腔下部设有集水槽,集水槽联接冷凝水口。
