Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种汽车调节器散热板注塑在支架内结构，其特征是：由散热板和支架组成在散热板的四周设有一圈防松动的凸筋，通过注塑机把散热板注塑在支架内，与支架合为一体。其优点是：散热板很牢固，不会造成脱落，增加了产品的可靠性。由于采用了散热板注塑在支架内的工艺，散热板与支架是一个整体，灌胶时不会漏胶，提高了产品的成品率。

本实用新型涉及一种汽车调节器，特别是一种汽车调节器散热板注塑在支架内结构。
背景技术
目前，现有一种汽车调节器散热板均是用胶固定在支架内。此种工艺的缺点在：
1.散热板是用胶粘在支架上面，由于散热板的体积大，重量重，粘贴面小，调节器在使用中受到长时间的震动，造成散热板容易松动，脱落，最终导致调节器失效。
2.散热板是粘在支架上，散热板与支架还是会有一定的间隙，支架在最后工序封装时需要在支架内灌胶。因为有间隙，灌胶时容易漏胶，造成产品报废，成品率低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服已有技术的不足，提供一种汽车调节器散热板注塑在支架内结构，该结构能增加产品的可靠性，提高产品成品率。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种汽车调节器散热板注塑在支架内结构，由散热板和支架组成，其特征是：在散热板的四周设有一圈防松动的凸筋，通过注塑机把散热板注塑在支架内，与支架合为一体。
有益效果：由于采用上述方案，散热板注塑在支架内，散热板很牢固，不会造成脱落，增加了产品的可靠性。由于采用了散热板注塑在支架内的工艺，散热板与支架是一个整体，灌胶时不会漏胶。提高了产品的成品率。
