这种缠绕玻璃钢沼气池,由缠绕方式制成的玻璃钢罐体,与玻璃钢罐体上部固定密封连接的上盖,与上盖固定密封连接的进料管、出料管和出气管以及盖在玻璃钢罐体上的封盖组成,其特点是玻璃钢罐体的立面呈圆柱形或圆锥形,出料管的上端与上盖固定密封连接,出料管的下端高于与进料管的下端,进料管和出气管的上端等高于封盖。
本实用新型结构简单,玻璃钢罐体采用缠绕方式制成,其它配件也采用常规的玻璃钢工艺加工制作,容易实施。
本实用新型的沼气池,在玻璃钢罐体和固定密封连接在璃钢罐体上部的上盖之间构成发酵间7,制作沼气的原料从进料管送入发酵间,在发酵间内发酵产生沼气。沼气逐渐增多时,压力相应增高,将发酵间内的料液从出料管压到水压间8内;当用户用气时沼气通过出气管输出,发酵间内的气压下降,水压间内的料液重新返回发酵间内,以维持发酵间内外的压力平衡。
本实用新型可制成不同的尺寸规格,应用范围十分广泛。具有结构简单、重量轻、成本低、质量好、便于运输和安装、工作性能稳定、操作方便、产气快、密封性好、使用寿命长等优点,具有推广价值。
