本实用新型涉及轧机滚动轴承领域，特别是一种用于钢铁企业高速线材生产线所用的轧机轴承。
背景技术
在钢铁企业高速线材生产线上，轧机以80米/秒的速度轧制800℃的钢坯来生产线材，这样的生产率需要轴承每分钟转上万转，钢坯材料本身800℃的温度使轴承处于很高的环境温度，而目前所使用的轧机轴承，在这种高速高温环境下，其磨损速度急剧加快，轴承会很快失效，过早的轴承失效会导致整个设备的停工，降低了生产效率，增加了生产成本。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是，针对上述现有技术现状，提供一种简单易行、使用寿命长的轧机滚动轴承产品。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为：一种轧机滚动轴承，包括轴承内圈、轴承外圈、轴承滚子和轴承支架，其特征在于：轴承外圈上开有注油孔。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的优点在于，结构简单，应用方便，大大增加了轴承的使用寿命，可通过注油孔注入循环流动的润滑油，实现增加润滑、降低轴承温度，有效改善由于高温及润滑不良造成的轴承失效，使轴承的使用寿命延长25％至30％，节约生产成本，提高生产效率。

如图1所示，一种轧机滚动轴承，包括轴承内圈1、轴承外圈2、轴承滚子3和轴承支架4，其特征在于：轴承外圈2上开有注油孔5。
所述的轧机滚动轴承，在轴承外圈2上设有1个以上注油孔5。
如图1、2所示，以设有3个注油孔的轧机滚动轴承为例，在轴承外圈2上开设3个通孔，均匀分布的3个通孔作为注油孔5，配合外部循环注油装置，润滑油由不同的注油孔5注入和流出，在轴承内圈1和轴承外圈2之间的轴承滚子3间形成循环流动，可在保证润滑的同时带走其产生的热量。

1.一种轧机滚动轴承，包括轴承内圈(1)，轴承外圈(2)，轴承滚子(3)，轴承支架(4)，其特征在于：轴承外圈(2)上开有注油孔(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轧机滚动轴承，其特征在于：在轴承外圈(2)上开有1个以上注油孔(5)。
