本实用新型插入式椅子靠背折叠结构主要涉及靠背可折叠的座椅，尤其是可使椅子靠背翻转折叠的拉锁结构。
背景技术
现有办公椅大多都是一体结构的，在储运过程中占用空间很大，相对于一定的仓储空间和运输空间其仓储量、运输量减小，如此耗费了很大的储运资源，增加了储运成本。近期市场上，也出现了可折叠的办公椅以减少占用储运空间或使用空间，但都结构复杂，使用、操作不方便，椅子整体使用寿命变短，造成物质资源的浪费。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种插入式椅子靠背折叠结构，可以折叠椅子靠背，减少占用空间，节省储运资源，降低运输成本，并且结构简单，操作简便，使用寿命长。
本实用新型插入式椅子靠背折叠结构，包括靠背1、坐垫2，在靠背1上固定有拉线手柄3，其特征在于在所述坐垫2的底面固定安装有销座4；在所述靠背1的底端部固定安装有插销装置，该插销装置弯曲延伸向坐垫2的底部与销座4配合。
上述的插入式椅子靠背折叠结构，在所述销座4上有销孔41；所述插销装置为弹簧销钉装置5。
上述的插入式椅子靠背折叠结构，所述销座4为一管状；所述弹簧销钉装置5亦为一管状并能插入销座4内，该管状销钉装置5内固定安装有至少一个销钉，该销钉通过拉线与手柄3相连。
上述的插入式椅子靠背折叠结构，所述销座4位于坐垫2的底面纵向中轴线上；所述弹簧销钉装置5位于靠背1的纵向中轴线的底端部。
采用上述插入式椅子靠背的折叠结构，通过扳手和拉线可以很方便地将椅子靠背折叠和固定，从而在储运时可以减少占用空间，使用时很方便地固定靠背，达到安心使用的效果。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详述：
见图1、图2、图3、图4、图5、图6所示，本实用新型插入式椅子靠背折叠结构，包括靠背1、坐垫2，在靠背1上固定有拉线手柄3，在所述坐垫2的底面固定安装有销座4，该销座4为一管状，位于坐垫2的底面纵向中轴线上，该销座4上至少有一销孔41，图5所示还有一同样销孔42；在所述靠背1的底端部固定安装有插销装置，该插销装置可以是图中所示弹簧销钉装置5，该销钉装置5弯曲延伸向坐垫2的底部与销座4配合，其位于靠背1的纵向中轴线的底端部。见图1、图4、图5所示；弹簧销钉装置5亦为一管状并能插入销座4内，该管状销钉装置5内固定安装有至少一个销钉，该销钉通过拉线与手柄3相连，销钉可以插入销控41、42内。
如此，见图5、图6所示，当扣动手柄3时，弹簧销钉装置5内的拉线带动销钉从销座4的销孔41、42缩回，此时按动椅背，弹簧销钉装置5从销座4内撤出，椅背翻转折叠成图6所示状态。复位时同样扣动手柄3，拉起椅背即可。

1.插入式椅子靠背折叠结构，包括靠背(1)、坐垫(2)，在靠背(1)上固定有拉线手柄(3)，其特征在于在所述坐垫(2)的底面固定安装有销座(4)；在所述靠背(1)的底端部固定安装有插销装置，该插销装置弯曲延伸向坐垫(2)的底部与销座(4)配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的插入式椅子靠背折叠结构，其特征在于在所述销座(4)上有销孔(41)；所述插销装置为弹簧销钉装置(5)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的插入式椅子靠背折叠结构，其特征在于所述销座(4)为一管状；所述弹簧销钉装置(5)亦为一管状并能插入销座(4)内，该管状销钉装置(5)内固定安装有至少一个销钉，该销钉通过拉线与手柄(3)相连。
4.根据权利要求3所述的插入式椅子靠背折叠结构，其特征在于所述销座(4)位于坐垫(2)的底面纵向中轴线上；所述弹簧销钉装置(5)位于靠背(1)的纵向中轴线的底端部。
