背景技术
轴承在工作中高速运转并受到冲击负荷的作用,现有的FCDP型四列圆柱滚子轴承的外圈存在中挡边,滚子与中挡边有持续的变应力作用,易使中挡边产生应力集中,长时间会发生失效断裂,轴承寿命降低。
发明内容
针对以上不足,本实用新型的目的是提出一种外圈无中挡边的四列圆柱滚子轴承,延长轴承的使用寿命。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种外圈无中挡边的四列圆柱滚子轴承,它由外圈1、内圈2、滚子3、第二滚子4、保持架座5和保持架盖6组成,外圈1的两个外端面上分别设有外挡圈8,外圈1中间设有中挡圈7,中挡圈7和外挡圈8为活动挡圈。
本实用新型的有益效果是:取消了轴承外圈的中挡边,一方面减少了磨加工工序并极大地降低了磨加工难度,避免了磨加工过程中可能出现的相关磨削裂纹问题;另一方面使应力主要集中在中挡圈7和外挡圈8上,并使滚道长度增加了原有长度的15%以上,使滚子的整体有效长度增加,轴承承载能力随之增强,轴承寿命得到大幅度提高。

具体实施方式
如附图1所示,本实用新型由外圈1、内圈2、滚子3、第二滚子4、保持架座5和保持架盖6组成,外圈1的两个外端面上分别设有外挡圈8,外圈1中间设有中挡圈7,中挡圈7和外挡圈8为活动挡圈。本实用新型取消了现有FCDP型四列圆柱滚子轴承的外圈的中档边,使应力主要集中在外挡圈8和中挡圈7两个活动挡圈上。
