本实用新型公开一种无偏载轧机四列圆柱滚子轴承,设置有双外圈(1)及内圈(2),在外圈(1)及内圈(2)间设置有两组保持架(6),每个保持架(6)上沿圆周方向均布安装有两列圆柱滚子,其特征在于:外圈(1)两端面设有边挡圈(11)。本实用新型在外圈两端面加入边挡圈,使轴承径向负荷与轴向负荷分开承受,不存在偏载,并且还增加了其中两列圆柱滚子的长度,使滚道接触面积增大,径向负荷承受能力相应增大,提高了使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及一种轧机、机电、冶金等行业应用的四列圆柱滚子轴承,尤其是一种结实耐用、使用寿命较长的无偏载轧机四列圆柱滚子轴承。
背景技术:
目前,轧机等行业应用的调心滚子轴承,其内、外国滚道即承受径向负荷又承受轴向负荷,一旦超过使用要求时,就会导致一列过载,一列卸载,纵然不这麽严重,也会造成偏载,加速一列轴承的疲劳破坏。因此原冷、热轧机的支撑辊和工作辊用调心滚子轴承寿命较短,后期维护费用较高。
发明内容:
本实用新型针对现有技术所存在的上述不足,提供一种能够降低偏载,使用寿命较长的无偏载轧机四列圆柱滚子轴承。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:一种无偏载轧机四列圆柱滚子轴承,设置有双外国及内圈,在外国及内圈间设置有两组保持架,每个保持架上沿圆周方向均布安装有两列圆柱滚子,其特征在于:外国两端面设有边挡圈。边挡圈可以承受轴向负荷。
所述的每个保持架中的一列圆柱滚子的长度要比另一列圆柱滚子的长度长1/4—1/2。
本实用新型在外国两端面加入边挡圈,使轴承径向负荷与轴向负荷分开承受,不存在偏载,并且还增加了其中两列圆柱滚子的长度,使滚道接触面积增大,径向负荷承受能力相应增大,提高了使用寿命。

下面结合附图进一步说明本实用新型的具体实施方式。
如图1~4所示,一种无偏载轧机四列圆柱滚子轴承,设置有双外国1及内圈2,外国1两端面设有边挡圈11。在外国1及内圈2间设置有两组保持架6,保持架盖16与保持架6通过铆钉9相连接,每个保持架6上沿圆周方向均布安装有两列圆柱滚子,每个保持架6中的一列圆柱滚子4的长度要比另一列圆柱滚子24的长度长1/4—1/2。

1.一种无偏载轧机四列圆柱滚子轴承,设置有双外圈(1)及内圈(2),在外圈(1)及内圈(2)间设置有两组保持架(6),每个保持架(6)上沿圆周方向均布安装有两列圆柱滚子,其特征在于:外圈(1)两端面设有边挡圈(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无偏载轧机四列圆柱滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述的每个保持架(6)中的一列圆柱滚子(4)的长度要比另一列圆柱滚子(24)的长度长1/4—1/2。
