现有的9.00″×22.5″车轮的轮辋宽度为228.6mm,轮辋厚度为7mm,轮辋的直径22.5″,配用轮胎为12R22.5,组合成车轮后额定载荷为10000Kg,只适用于中、重型卡车,如果用于大型卡车上就会出现强度不够,轻微漏气等缺点。

为了克服现有技术的上述缺点,本实用新型提供一种能增加车轮的强度,能提高轮胎运行的稳定性和安全性、动力的传动和整车的制动性能,能满足大型、重型卡车和高级商务车使用的无内胎车轮。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种无内胎车轮,有轮辐和轮辋,其中轮辋的宽度为235mm,轮辋的厚度为9mm。
所述轮辋中部设有装胎槽,该装胎槽为凹槽,凹槽深28mm。
