Abstract
一种异质复合结构的鞋底，包括基底，其特征在于：在基底上底墙的周围设有装饰带，其中：装饰带内侧设有若干固定钉；基底周围设有若干固定孔，固定孔的位置与固定钉相对应，并使固定钉准确的设置在固定孔内，并用胶粘剂固为一体；在装饰带的表面设有花纹。采用上述技术方案制作的鞋底，由于设置了装饰带，可避免了脏或易附着灰尘的鞋底的污染现象，并增加鞋底周围的耐磨性。该方案具有结构简单，易操作的特点，本实用新型适合于各种鞋底的制作。

本实用新型涉及制鞋技术领域，特别是一种异质复合结构的鞋底。
背景技术
目前，鞋底材料主要使用聚氨酯、橡胶、EVA发泡、PUC、PVC发泡或热塑性橡胶等材料，上述材料如橡胶、热塑橡胶(TPR)材料，表面电性较强，使制成的鞋底表面经常污染或灰尘极易附着在上面。由于底墙表面与鞋帮面构成了完整的统一体，当底墙周围附着灰尘后，使鞋失去美观，影响产品形象。为了弥补上述不足，本发明人研究设计了一种异质复合结构的鞋底，用以解决上述不足。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种异质复合结构的鞋底的技术方案。
本实用新型解决其技术问题之一是装饰带结构及鞋底墙结构的设计。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案得以实现：
一种异质复合结构的鞋底，包括基底，其特征在于：在基底底墙周围设有装饰带，其中：装饰带内侧设有若干固定钉；基底底墙周围设有若干固定孔，固定孔的位置与固定钉相对应，并使固定钉准确的设置在固定孔内，并用胶粘剂固为一体；在装饰带的表面设有花纹。
所述的一种异质复合结构的鞋底，其装饰带可采用聚氨酯、橡胶或其它高分子材料。
本实用新型与背景技术比较所具有的优点和积极效果是：
采用上述技术方案制作的鞋底，由于设置了装饰带，可避免了脏或易附着灰尘的鞋底的污染现象，并增加鞋底周围的耐磨性。该方案具有结构简单，易操作的特点，本实用新型适合于各种鞋底的制作。
