背景技术
在目前的制鞋工业中，由于作为外部的皮层比较薄(如羊皮等)，为了解决鞋面由于皮层过薄容易破损的问题，通常在皮层内粘接一层布层起到加强的作用，而且布层具有一定的柔软性，穿入时能使人感觉比较舒适。但是现有的布层都是完全粘接在皮层上的，该结构使得胶水用量增多，一是成本比较高，二是胶水中具有一些容易挥发的有毒物质，胶水使用较多后制得的鞋子有较大的胶水味道，不环保。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种胶水用量少、能增加外皮舒适度的新型皮靴外皮结构。
本实用新型解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是：新型皮靴外皮结构，包括位于外部的皮层和内部的布层，所述皮层、布层之间由胶水粘接，所述胶水将皮层、布层之间粘接的位置为若干个不连续的粘接点。
该结构即采用点胶技术，在外部的皮层和内部的布层之间确定若干个不连续的粘接点，在该粘接点上使用胶水将皮层、布层粘接，该结构不仅节约了大量的胶水，而且没有粘接的皮层、布层之间具有一定的空间，布层能够在局部范围内移动，提高了该外皮制成的鞋子的舒适度。

参照图1所示，本实用新型的新型皮靴外皮结构，包括位于外部的皮层1和内部的布层2，皮层1、布层2之间由胶水粘接，胶水将皮层1、布层2之间粘接的位置为若干个不连续的粘接点3，本实施例中，各粘接点3之间的间距相等。
各粘接点也可以是其他形状(方形等)或是采用胶水涂抹工具涂抹成的各种不规则形状。

1、新型皮靴外皮结构，包括位于外部的皮层和内部的布层，其特征在于，所述皮层、布层之间由胶水粘接，所述胶水将皮层、布层之间粘接的位置为若干个不连续的粘接点。
2、根据权利要求1所述的新型皮靴外皮结构，其特征在于，所述粘接点之间的间距相等。
