技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种井下电磁起动器中的空气式开关的操作机构,具体涉及一种隔离开关联动机构。
背景技术
目前,在煤矿矿井下电磁起动器中空气式隔离换向开关是其中一主控件,它与手柄轴的连接有两种型式:一种是直连式即一根连接轴与一台隔离换向开关直接连接起来。随着采煤技术的不断提高,输入电流越来越大,而国产隔离换向开关的额定电流一般是400A,如果一台电磁起动器额定电流是1500A,必须有四台隔离换向开关的话,那就要有四根连接轴和操作手柄,操作起来极不方便。另一种是由前后两个齿轮箱体、前后两个隔离开关、前后两个隔离开关安装支架、传动轴和安装底板装配成一整体,再和连接轴连接起来,这种组合的排列次序是前齿轮箱体、前隔离开关、后齿轮箱体、后隔离开关,它是一种前后关系的联动机构,前齿轮箱体带动前隔离开关,前齿轮箱体通过传动轴连接后齿轮箱体,后齿轮箱体再带动后隔离开关。这种组合方式产生的联动机构前后尺寸比较大,左右尺寸比较小,无法适应宽度小的箱体。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、操作方便的隔离开关联动机构。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案如下:
隔离开关联动机构,包括左隔离开关和右隔离开关以及齿轮箱体,该齿轮箱体中的主动轴上周向固定一个主动齿轮,左从动齿轮和右从动齿轮分别与主动齿轮啮合,所述左从动齿轮与周向固定在左驱动轴上的左驱动齿轮啮合,左驱动轴与左隔离开关固定连接,右从动齿轮与周向固定于右驱动轴上的右驱动齿轮啮合,右驱动轴与右隔离开关固定连接。
本实用新型的联动机构与原隔离开关联动机构相比,减少装配零件的数量和种类,具有装配和操作起来更方便,适应性更强的优点,并且成本也得到了降低。

具体实施方式
参照图1及图2,本实用新型的隔离开关联动机构,齿轮箱体8底面通过螺钉固定一个安装底板10,齿轮箱体8中的主动轴1上通过键周向固定一个主动齿轮2,主动轴1为扭矩的输入轴,通常与输出扭矩的手柄连接.左从动齿轮3和右从动齿轮3′分别与主动齿轮2啮合,左从动齿轮3和右从动齿轮3′位于主动齿轮2的左右侧.左从动齿轮3与右从动齿轮3′大小相同,即左从动齿轮3的齿根圆、齿顶圆以及齿距的大小均与右从动齿轮3′的齿根圆、齿顶圆以及齿距的大小均相同.
左从动齿轮3与周向固定在左驱动轴5上的左驱动齿轮4啮合,右从动齿轮3′与周向固定于右驱动轴5′上的右驱动齿轮4′啮合,左驱动齿轮5与右驱动齿轮5′大的小相同。左驱动轴5与左隔离开关6固定连接,右驱动轴5′与右隔离开关7固定连接,左驱动轴5以及右驱动轴5′上均设有前调节盘11,各个前调节盘通过传动柱销与设置于左隔离开关和右隔离开关的后调节盘12固定连接。左隔离开关6和右隔离开关7设置于隔离开关安装支架9上。上述各个齿轮与轴均通过键周向固定。
本实用新型的操作过程为:扭矩通过主动轴1输入,主动轴1带动主动齿轮2转动,主动齿轮2带动左从动齿轮3和右从动齿轮3′转动,左从动齿轮3和右从动齿轮3′分别将动力传递到左驱动齿轮4和右驱动齿轮4′,使左驱动齿轮4带动左驱动轴5转动,和右驱动齿轮4′驱动右驱动轴5′转动,这样,左驱动轴5带动左隔离开关6动作,右驱动轴5′带动右隔离开关7就动作。

1.隔离开关联动机构,包括左隔离开关和右隔离开关,其特征在于:还包括齿轮箱体,该齿轮箱体中的主动轴上周向固定一个主动齿轮,左从动齿轮和右从动齿轮分别与主动齿轮啮合,所述左从动齿轮与周向固定在左驱动轴上的左驱动齿轮啮合,左驱动轴与左隔离开关固定连接,右从动齿轮与周向固定于右驱动轴上的右驱动齿轮啮合,右驱动轴与右隔离开关固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的隔离开关联动机构,其特征在于:所述左从动齿轮与右从动齿轮大小相同,左驱动齿轮与右驱动齿轮大小相同。
3.根据权利要求1所述的隔离开关联动机构,其特征在于:所述左驱动轴以及右驱动轴上均设有前调节盘,各个前调节盘通过传动柱销与设置于左隔离开关和右隔离开关的后调节盘连接。
