本实用新型为货物转运过程中承重用托盘,特别是全纸托盘。
背景技术
在货物转运过程中,一般是将货物搬在托盘上,然后对托盘起吊或进叉后进行转运。现有托盘大多为钢托盘、塑料托盘和木托盘。钢托盘造价高,自身重量重,转运过程中能源损耗大。塑料托盘和木托盘资源消耗大,用坏后不利于回收处理。现也有采用全纸托盘的,全纸托盘一般由面板和面板下固定的地脚方构成,其面板和地脚方由多层瓦楞纸粘结或压合在一起,起缺点是承重强度较低,一般都作为一次性周转托盘使用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种承重能力较强,造价低,环保性能优越的全纸托盘。
本实用新型的解决方案是:一种全纸托盘,包括面板和面板下连接的地脚方,其特征在于面板的中间为蜂窝纸,蜂窝纸外面包瓦楞纸板。
本实用新型的全纸托盘的面板通过在蜂窝纸外面包瓦楞纸板从而使得面板承重能力加强。
本实用新型的解决方案中为使地脚方承重能力加强,可使地脚方中间支撑采用瓦楞纸板切成长条形竖立粘合在一起,形成内支撑,内支撑外面包瓦楞纸板。同时内支撑也可采用蜂窝纸切成长条形竖立粘合在一起,作为一次性周转托盘内支撑也可采用瓦楞纸板切成形拼成#字形结构。
本实用新型的解决方案中可在地脚方之间的面板边沿固定有进叉边护角,以防止叉车进叉时对面板的损坏。
本实用新型的解决方案中,还可在面板背面固定有加强筋,加强筋采用纸钢板,以加强面板的承重能力。
本实用新型的优点:本实用新型作为全纸托盘具有资源消耗少,回收利用方便,环保性大大优于钢、塑和木托盘的优点。本实用新型的结构使得全纸托盘承重能力强,静态承重3吨,动态可承重2吨以上,造价低,使用存放方便。

具体实施方式
本实用新型实施例如图1所示,全纸托盘包括面板1和地脚方2,面板1中间为蜂窝纸3,蜂窝纸3外面包瓦楞纸板4,地脚方2中间内支撑5采用瓦楞纸板切成长条形竖立粘合在一起,其内支撑5外面包瓦楞纸板4,在面板1进叉口处固定有进叉边护角6,进叉边护角6采用纸角钢,在面板1背面固定有加强筋,加强筋采用纸钢板,在地脚方2底部固定有耐磨条7,耐磨条7采用纸钢板。
图2中地脚方2的内支撑5采用瓦楞纸板切成形拼成#字结构,作为一次性周转托盘使用。

1、一种全纸托盘,包括面板(1)和面板(1)下连接的地脚方(2),其特征在于面板(1)的中间为蜂窝纸(3),蜂窝纸(3)外面包瓦楞纸板(4)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的全纸托盘,其特征在于地脚方(2)中间支撑采用瓦楞纸板切成长条形竖立粘合在一起,形成内支撑(5),内支撑(5)外面包瓦楞纸板(4)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的全纸托盘,其特征在于地脚方(2)中间支撑采用蜂窝纸切成长条形竖立粘合在一起,形成内支撑(5),内支撑(5)外面包瓦楞纸板(4)。
4、根据权利要求1所述的全纸托盘,其特征在于地脚方(2)中间支撑采用瓦楞纸板切成形拼成#字形结构形成内支撑(5),内支撑(5)外面包瓦楞纸板(4)。
5、根据权利要求1所述的全纸托盘,其特征在于地脚方(2)之间的面板(1)边沿固定有进叉边护角(6)。
6、根据权利要求1所述的全纸托盘,其特征在于面板(1)背面固定有加强筋(7),加强筋(7)采用纸钢板。
