为了实现上述目的，本实用新型圆形燃柴壁炉，包括圆形炉体和炉体内的燃烧室，炉体的上面设有与燃烧室连通的出火口，出火口上设有炉盖，炉体上面的一侧设有与燃烧室连通的出烟口，炉体的前面设有加柴口，加柴口上设有炉门，炉体的下面设有进风口，出烟口上设有出烟量调节阀，加柴口炉门上设有二次进风调节阀，炉体下面的进风口上设有控制进风量大小的滑动门。
本实用新型通过出烟口上的出烟量调节阀、加柴口炉门上的二次进风调节阀和炉体下面进风口上控制进风量的滑动门，即可调节炉火燃烧的火力大小，本实用新型解决了现有技术壁炉存在燃烧火力不能调节、结构复杂的技术问题。
