一种烧柴草节能暖风炉,包括炉体、炉体上的进风口、排风口、排烟口、炉门、炉箅子,炉体内两侧设有炉板,两炉板顶部连接,两炉板的底面与炉箅子固连,顶部到底部呈流线型,两炉板的前后端与炉体连接,两炉板的内部为炉膛,炉膛上方设有若干层烟道挡板隔成的弯转烟道,该烟道与炉门、排烟口连通,两炉板外侧与炉体间设有夹层空腔,夹层空腔与进风口、排风口连通,炉体上表面装有控制风机的温控器感应触头,本技术能减少热量损失,提高热效率,提高取暖效果,防止炉体变形。

本实用新型涉及一种烧柴草节能暖风炉,属于暖风取暖装置。
背景技术
现有的热风取暖炉,燃料燃烧后烟气直接排出,热量损失大。热量聚集在炉体的夹层中,容易产生涡流,使炉体局部温度过高,造成炉体变形。多数民用暖风取暖设备无温度自动控制装置,常出现排风温度低,达不到取暖效果或炉内温度过高而不能及时排风,造成炉体因高温产生变形,且造成热能浪费。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种烧柴草节能暖风炉,本技术通过改进炉体结构能减少热量损失,提高热效率,提高取暖效果,并能防止炉体局部温度高,产生炉体变形。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种烧柴草节能暖风炉,包括炉体、炉体上的进风口、排风口、排烟口、炉门、炉箅子,其特征在于:炉体内两侧设有炉板,两炉板顶部连接,两炉板的底面与炉箅子固连,顶部到底部呈流线型,两炉板的前后端与炉体连接,两炉板的内部为炉堂,炉堂上方设有若干层烟道挡板隔成的弯转烟道,该烟道与炉门、排烟口连通,两炉板外侧与炉体间设有夹层空腔,夹层空腔与进风口、排风口连通。炉体上表面装有控制风机的温控器感应触头。
本技术在炉堂上方安装了若干层烟道挡板后,增加了原有烟道的长度,使烟气中的热量被炉体充分吸收,不丢失热量,从而提高了热效率。由于炉板外形采用流线形,使进、排风不产生涡流,避免了炉体局部过热,因此解决了由于炉体局部过热容易造成炉体变形的技术问题。装在炉体上表面的温控器感应触头,能使温控器在设定温度通过自动控制风机,可避免炉体因温度过高造成炉体变形,又能防止低温排风,提高取暖效果。

具体实施方式
烧柴草节能暖风炉的炉体1上面设有进风口1、排风口2、排烟口12,前面设有炉门7、灰门9、排灰口10,炉体3内两侧设有炉板14,两炉板顶部焊接,两炉板的底面固定在炉箅子8两侧,顶部到底部呈流线型,两炉板的前后端面与炉体连接,炉箅子8上面为炉堂11,炉堂上方设有6层烟道挡板5,每层烟道挡板端部有一个通道口6,各通道口相间排列,隔成弯曲烟道4,该烟道4与炉门7、排烟口12连通,两炉板14的外侧与炉体3之间设有夹层空腔15,夹层空腔15与进风口1、排风口2连通,灰门9通过排灰口10与排烟口12连通,炉体上表面装有感应触头13,感应触头13与控制鼓风机的温控器连接。本技术以柴草为燃料,也可以燃煤。燃料燃烧后产生的烟气上升,通过6层烟道挡板隔成的弯转烟道排出排烟口,当炉体表面达到设定温度时,与感应触头连接的温控器将自动启动鼓风机,通过进风口向夹层空腔输入空气,夹层空腔内的暖风从排气口排出,实现暖风供热。

1.一种烧柴草节能暖风炉,包括炉体、炉体上的进风口、排风口、排烟口、炉门、炉箅子,其特征在于:炉体内两侧设有炉板,两炉板顶部连接,两炉板的底面与炉箅子固连,顶部到底部呈流线型,两炉板的前后端与炉体连接,两炉板的内部为炉堂,炉堂上方设有若干层烟道挡板隔成的弯转烟道,该烟道与炉门、排烟口连通,两炉板外侧与炉体间设有夹层空腔,夹层空腔与进风口、排风口连通。
2.根据权利要求1所说的烧柴草节能暖风炉,其特征在于:炉体上表面装有控制鼓风机的温控器感应触头。
