现在的真空双层玻璃,都是没有抽真空的双层玻璃,或是真空度低的双层玻璃,保温性能差。
发明内容
为了解决双层玻璃真空度低,保温性能差的问题。
本专利的技术方案是:在双层玻璃之间加支撑物,在密封框架或玻璃上加抽气口。在玻璃的外表面加一层塑料保护膜。
专利的有益效果是:提高双层玻璃的真空度,保温性能,和安全性。

具体实施方式
1在图1中,由两张玻璃(1)和密封支撑框(2)和支撑物(4)组成的带支撑的真空双层玻璃。支撑物可以是圆柱支撑、条状支撑、横切面为图案的支撑物。支撑物通过固定件(5)固定。玻璃表面有一层塑料保护膜(6)。固定件一面和玻璃粘接,一面通过插拔的方式和支撑物连接。
2在图2中,圆柱形状的支撑物(4)通过插入固定在固定件(5)内。
Claims (4)
1带支撑的真空双层玻璃,其特征是:它由双层玻璃和密封支撑框和支撑物组成,玻璃的外表面有一层塑料保护膜,排气口可以安装在玻璃或密封支撑框上,支撑物可以通过固定在玻璃上的固定件和玻璃进行连接。
2根据权利要求1所述的双层玻璃,其特征是:支撑物的材料可以是保温材料或是树脂和塑料。
3根据权利要求1所述的双层玻璃,其特征是:支撑物的两端可以直接和玻璃接触,或是通过固定件连接。
4根据权利要求1所述的双层玻璃,其特征是:支撑物可以是圆柱支撑、条状支撑、横切面为图案的支撑物。
