背景技术
真空玻璃是理想的隔热、隔音材料,可以用于建筑用窗、保温柜等,但现有的真空玻璃密封结构单一,不严密,易进入空气,在双层玻璃中出现水汽等。从而影响透明和光照,保温、隔热性也不好。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于,解决上述现有所存在的问题,提供一种密封效果好的一种真空玻璃密封结构。
本实用新型是这样实现的:双层玻璃之间密封条封口处安装有封堵,封堵的密封口处安装封堵活塞杆,封堵通过密封条二次密封,在双层玻璃端部、二次密封条外围,安装密封框条进行三次密封;密封条与封堵通过螺纹连接和胶接。
本实用新型的优点是,双层玻璃抽真空处三次密封,密封严密,效果好。

下面结合附图详细说明:如图所示,双层玻璃4之间密封条2封口处安装有封堵1,封堵1的密封口处安装封堵活塞杆3,抽真空后安装封堵1通过密封条5二次密封,在双层玻璃4端部、二次密封条5外围安装密封框条7进行三次密封。密封条2与封堵1通过螺纹连接和胶接6。
由于双层玻璃所处一年四季的温度环境不同,真空区域基本处于无空气状态,为了抗压,双层玻璃之间8安装有加强筋。
