一种低烟无卤阻燃综合屏蔽地铁轻轨信号电缆,包括缆芯及外护套,缆芯内具有数个导线组,缆芯与外护套之间依次包覆缆芯包带层、钢带铠装屏蔽层,数个导线组中有一半及以上的导线组外设有屏蔽层,在缆芯包带层与钢带铠装屏蔽层之间设有缆芯屏蔽层。本实用新型的每根导线的导体的直径为0.40mm-1.53mm,每根导线的绝缘层为皮-泡-皮结构或泡-皮结构;导线组的屏蔽层的结构为:双层或单层铜带绕包或者单层铜带轧纹纵包或者采用铜丝或镀锡铜丝编织而成;缆芯屏蔽层采用铝塑复合带或纯铝带或纯铜带纵包而成。本实用新型具有良好的屏蔽功能,可减少电缆导线组之间的相互干扰和外界的电磁场对电缆的干扰;机械物理性能和阻燃性能增强,可满足现有地铁轻轨系统对信号电缆的使用要求。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种信号电缆,尤其是应用于地铁轻轨等轨道交通领域的信号电缆。
背景技术
现有用于地铁轻轨等轨道交通领域的信号电缆,其基本结构是:由绝缘导线绞合成导线组,导线组绞合成电缆缆芯,在电缆缆芯外绕包钢带铠装屏蔽层及外护套。绝缘导线的绝缘层结构为实芯绝缘层,传输衰减较大;电缆缆芯内的导线组之间没有电磁屏蔽结构,存在一定的相互干扰;电缆缆芯外仅设一层钢带铠装屏蔽层,抗电磁干扰的能力较差。
发明内容
为了克服现有用于地铁轻轨等轨道交通领域的信号电缆的不足,本实用新型提供一种低烟无卤阻燃综合屏蔽地铁轻轨信号电缆。这种电缆的传输衰减小;缆芯内导线组之间的相互干扰少;电缆的抗电磁干扰的能力较强。
本实用新型提供的一种低烟无卤阻燃综合屏蔽地铁轻轨信号电缆,包括缆芯及外护套,缆芯内具有数个导线组,缆芯与外护套之间依次包覆缆芯包带层、钢带铠装屏蔽层,数个导线组中有一半及以上的导线组外设有屏蔽层,在缆芯包带层与钢带铠装屏蔽层之间设有缆芯屏蔽层。
本实用新型的每根导线的导体的直径为0.40mm-1.53mm,每根导线的绝缘层为皮-泡-皮结构或泡-皮结构。
本实用新型的导线组的屏蔽层的结构为:双层或单层铜带绕包或者单层铜带轧纹纵包或者采用铜丝或镀锡铜丝编织而成。

具体实施方式
参照图1,在直径为0.40mm-1.53mm之间的导体1外包覆皮-泡-皮结构或泡-皮结构的绝缘层2制成导线3,将导线3绞合制成导线组4,并对其中一半及以上的导线组外包覆屏蔽层7制成设有屏蔽层7的导线组6。屏蔽层7由双层或单层铜带绕包或者单层铜带轧纹纵包或者采用铜丝或镀锡铜丝编织而成。再把数个导线组4和数个设有屏蔽层7的导线组6绞合成缆芯5,在缆芯5外包覆缆芯包带层8后采用铝塑复合带或纯铝带或纯铜带纵包缆芯屏蔽层9,然后采用双层钢带绕包或单层钢带轧纹纵包钢带铠装屏蔽层10,再采用低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃护套料包覆外护套11。

1、一种低烟无卤阻燃综合屏蔽地铁轻轨信号电缆,包括缆芯及外护套,缆芯内具有数个导线组,缆芯与外护套之间依次包覆缆芯包带层、钢带铠装屏蔽层,其特征在于数个导线组中有一半及以上的导线组外设有屏蔽层,在缆芯包带层与钢带铠装屏蔽层之间设有缆芯屏蔽层。
2、按权利要求1所述的低烟无卤阻燃综合屏蔽地铁轻轨信号电缆,其特征在于每根导线的导体的直径为0.40mm-1.53mm,每根导线的绝缘层为皮-泡-皮结构或泡-皮结构。
