本实用新型涉及一种信号传输电缆,尤其是舰船用数据电缆。
背景技术
现有舰船用数据电缆的导体为铜丝束绞合导体,导体外不设屏蔽层,使电缆易受电磁感应的干扰;电缆没有铠装层,其抗弯曲、抗拉伸强度较低;电缆耐气候变化的性能也不理想。因此,在舰船上这种比较狭小、电磁干扰多、气候变化大的使用环境,电缆易受电磁干扰,而且容易受损,影响数据传输的准确性。
发明内容
为了克服现有舰船用数据电缆的不足,本实用新型提供一种舰船用抗干扰耐气候数据电缆,这种电缆抗弯曲、抗拉伸强度高,抗电磁干扰性能优,耐气候变化的性能佳。
本实用新型提供的一种舰船用抗干扰耐气候数据电缆,包括缆芯及其包带层、内护层、外护套,缆芯内具有数个导线组,每根导线的导体由多股镀锡铜丝绞合而成,在每个导线组外设有屏蔽层,在缆芯包带层与内护层之间设有总屏蔽层,在内护层与外护套之间设有钢丝铠装层。
本实用新型的总屏蔽层由铝箔及镀锡铜丝编织层构成,外护套采用氟塑料制作。
本实用新型的有益效果是:抗电磁干扰性能优,既能抗外界的电磁感应,也能减弱自身的电磁感应对周围电缆干扰;抗弯曲、抗拉伸强度高;耐气候变化的性能佳。因此,本实用新型能够适应在舰船上的使用环境,不易受电磁干扰,不易受损,能够保证数据传输的准确性。

参照图1,本实用新型的导体3由多股镀锡铜丝绞合而成,在导体3外包覆绝缘层4制成导线2,每两根导线2绞合成导线组1,在导线组1外包覆由镀锡铜丝编织而成的导线组屏蔽层5,然后将数个外包屏蔽层的导线组1绞合制成缆芯6,再在缆芯6外依次包覆由聚酯带制作的缆芯包带层7、由铝箔及镀锡铜丝编织层构成的总屏蔽层8、由聚氯乙烯制成的内护层9、用镀锌钢丝制成的钢丝铠装层10和用氟塑料制作的外护套11,即制成本实用新型。

1.一种舰船用抗干扰耐气候数据电缆,包括缆芯及其包带层、内护层、外护套,缆芯内具有数个导线组,每根导线的导体由多股镀锡铜丝绞合而成,其特征在于在每个导线组外设有屏蔽层,在缆芯包带层与内护层之间设有总屏蔽层,在内护层与外护套之间设有钢丝铠装层。
2.按权利要求1所述的一种舰船用抗干扰耐气候数据电缆,其特征在于总屏蔽层由铝箔及镀锡铜丝编织层构成。
