本实用新型涉及再生能源设备领域,更具体地说,是涉及一种环保高效的秸秆沼气站。
背景技术
现有的多是利用畜禽粪便生产沼气,这样的沼气生产受粪便和地区的限制很大。长期以来,由于秸秆木质纤维素含量较高、不易被厌氧消化、发酵产气量低以及密度小、体积大、不具有流动性等理化性质,所以秸秆一直都未能大规模用于沼气的生产。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种环保高效的秸秆沼气站。
本实用新型秸秆沼气站,通过下述技术方案予以实现,包括依次连接的原料池、上料罐和发酵罐;所述上料罐通过气体管道分别连接提料储罐和出料储罐,提料储罐设置真空泵,出料储罐设置加压泵;发酵罐顶部通过产气管道连接分离净化装置;设置压缩机的沼气管道分别连接分离净化装置和沼气储罐。
本实用新型所述原料池内设置搅拌机。所述发酵罐内设置加热装置,发酵罐外周设置保温装置。所述发酵罐底部通过液体管路连接至原料池。所述气体管道、产气管道和沼气管道分别设置阀门。
本实用新型可实现秸秆的机械化进、出料,解决了秸秆发酵传热、发酵效率低的问题。本实用新型完全以秸秆为原料生产沼气,使沼气的生产,不再受粪便和地区的限制。厌氧发酵罐是秸秆沼气的核心部分,厌氧发酵罐布料均匀,新进入的料液通过喷淋搅拌的作用很快于发酵罐内的发酵液混合,达到快速、充分接种的作用。本实用新型不仅加速产气率,而且解决了池体结壳、进出料难得问题,产气后的沼液、沼渣可用作有机肥。

下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步描述。
如图1所示,本实用新型包括依次连接的原料池1、上料罐2和发酵罐3;所述原料池内设置搅拌机4;所述上料罐通过气体管道分别连接提料储罐5和出料储罐6,提料储罐设置真空泵7,出料储罐设置加压泵8;发酵罐顶部通过产气管道连接分离净化装置9;所述发酵罐内设置加热装置,发酵罐外周设置保温装置;所述发酵罐底部通过液体管路连接至原料池;设置压缩机10的沼气管道分别连接分离净化装置和沼气储罐11。所述气体管道、产气管道和沼气管道分别设置阀门。
本实用新型工作原理如下:将粉碎后的秸秆投入原料池,利用发酵罐底部的液体管路将发酵液送至原料池,通过搅拌机搅拌均匀后,打开提料储罐的真空泵将原料液抽提至上料罐,然后关闭真空泵及其管道,打开出料储罐的加压泵,将上料罐中的原料液从发酵罐顶部喷淋洒入,发酵后产生的沼气通过产气管道送至分离净化装置,然后经过沼气管道中的压缩机将沼气加压并储存在沼气储罐中,最后通过减压装置送到用户。
