一种多芯耐热耐腐蚀耐气候阻水环保太阳能发电专用软电缆,包括缆芯及外护套,缆芯内具有数根导线及阻水填充绳,导线的导体由多股涂覆防腐阻水膏的铜丝绞合而构成,在导线的导体与绝缘层之间设有阻水带层,在缆芯与外护套之间设有缆芯阻水带层。本实用新型耐热耐腐蚀耐气候及阻水性能提高,电缆可以耐受-40℃-+150℃的温度变化幅度而不易脆裂,在紫外线辐射强、化学腐蚀多的太阳能发电系统的环境中也不易损坏,能够保证整个太阳能发电系统的正常运转。而且,电缆中不含卤元素,有利于环保。

现有用于太阳能发电系统的电力电缆因使用环境温度变化幅度大、紫外线辐射强、化学腐蚀多而导致电缆容易损坏,从而影响整个太阳能发电系统的正常运转。
发明内容
为了克服现有用于太阳能发电系统的电力电缆的不足,本实用新型提供一种多芯耐热耐腐蚀耐气候阻水环保太阳能发电专用软电缆。
本实用新型提供的一种多芯耐热耐腐蚀耐气候阻水环保太阳能发电专用软电缆,包括缆芯及外护套,缆芯内具有数根导线及阻水填充绳,导线的导体由多股涂覆防腐阻水油膏的铜丝绞合而构成,在导线的导体与绝缘层之间设有阻水带层,在缆芯与外护套之间设有缆芯阻水带层。
本实用新型的有益效果是:耐热耐腐蚀耐气候及阻水性能提高,电缆可以耐受-40℃-+150℃的温度变化幅度而不易脆裂,在紫外线辐射强、化学腐蚀多的太阳能发电系统的环境中也不易损坏,能够保证整个太阳能发电系统的正常运转。而且,电缆中不含卤元素,有利于环保。

具体实施方式
参照图1,先制成本实用新型的导线7:将构成导体1的多股铜丝先在防腐阻水油膏内通过使铜丝的表面涂抹防腐阻水油膏形成阻水层,然后将多股铜丝绞合成导体1,再在导体1外包覆耐高温的阻水带层2和无卤低烟聚烯烃制作的绝缘层3制成导线7。将导线7经电子加速器辐照交联以增强其绝缘层3的耐热耐腐蚀性能。再将数根导线7和数根耐高温的阻水填充绳4共同绞合制成缆芯8。在缆芯8外包覆缆芯阻水带层5和由耐候性无卤低烟护套料制作的外护套6制成电缆。再将电缆经电子加速器辐照交联以增强其外护套6的耐热耐腐蚀耐气候性能,这样就制成本实用新型。

1.一种多芯耐热耐腐蚀耐气候阻水环保太阳能发电专用软电缆,包括缆芯及外护套,缆芯内具有数根导线及阻水填充绳,导线的导体由多股涂覆防腐阻水膏的铜丝绞合而构成,其特征在于在导线的导体与绝缘层之间设有阻水带层,在缆芯与外护套之间设有缆芯阻水带层。
