背景技术：
睡眠打鼾是因呼吸道受阻、空气通过不畅所致，有咽喉部炎症肿大的病理性原因，但大多还是因仰卧睡眠姿势而引起的生理性原因。现有睡眠用枕头的枕芯材料有多种，有植物枕芯、化纤枕芯、海绵枕芯及乳胶枕芯等等，但结构基本上都是将枕芯置入各种形状的枕头套内，中间突出，四周坡下。当人体头部、颈部仰卧在其上时，头及颈部的自重将枕头压下，造成头部前倾，咽部和舌部后缀，致使呼吸道受阻、通气不畅，继而打鼾，尤其是在酒后或疲劳过度时打鼾更加严重，极大地影响了睡眠质量、危害人体健康及生命安全。为了克服打鼾，有的采用戴牙套、服药或手术等多种方式，但却存在着效果不理想、费用多、痛苦大等问题。
发明内容：
本实用新型是为了解决现有技术所存在上述问题，提供一种结构简单，可防止睡眠时打鼾的止鼾保健枕。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：一种止鼾保健枕，有枕头基体1，所述枕头基体1的横截面中间部位2下凹且上表面圆滑过渡，中间部位2的一侧高度低于另一侧。
所述中间部位2的一侧高度是另一侧的1/3～1/2。
所述枕头基体1的上表面有多个突点3。
本实用新型是根据人体工学原理而设计，当人体仰卧睡眠时，可避免咽部和舌部后缀，保持呼吸道通畅，防止打鼾，可大大提高睡眠质量，消除因打鼾而存在的安全隐患，结构简单、费用少，无痛苦。

下面将结合附图说明本实用新型的具体实施方式。如图1所示：一种止鼾保健枕，有枕头基体1，所述枕头基体1的横截面中间部位2下凹且上表面圆滑过渡，中间部位2的一侧高度低于另一侧，形成高凸端及低凸端，所述中间部位2的一侧高度最好是另一侧的1/3～1/2且在枕头基体1的上表面设置多个突点3。枕头基体1可以采用现有的植物枕芯、化纤枕芯或海绵枕芯，分成上下两部分，下枕部分为长方形，上枕部分为两个直径不等的圆枕，分别位于下枕纵向两侧，形成下凹的中间部位，在枕芯内可以添加利于睡眠、保健的中草药，也可以在突点3部位安装磁块，以刺激穴位，利于保健。当然，枕头基体1可以采用模具、乳胶加工而成。
睡眠时，打鼾严重者可将颈部枕在高凸端；而打鼾轻者或小孩可将颈部枕在低凸端，经多人枕睡，可完全避免打鼾。

1.一种止鼾保健枕，有枕头基体(1)，其特征在于：所述枕头基体(1)的横截面的中间部位(2)下凹且上表面圆滑过渡，中间部位(2)的一侧高度低于另一侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述止鼾保健枕，其特征在于：所述中间部位(2)的一侧高度是另一侧的1/3～1/2。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的止鼾保健枕，其特征在于：所述枕头基体(1)的上表面有多个突点(3)。
