Abstract

一种计算机电缆,属于电缆。主要解决现有计算机电缆存在的自身抗干扰能力不强,防外界电磁干扰效果不好的缺点。本实用新型包括多组由内铜带屏蔽绕包的对绞线芯组、填充物、外铜带屏蔽、聚酯绕包带和外护套,其中,每组对绞线芯组均设有两根带有绝缘的导体,其特征在于所说绝缘外还设有半导电屏蔽层。本实用新型不仅能使对绞线芯组之间的抗干扰能力更强,从而显著提高计算机电缆的抗电磁干扰能力,而且还具有均匀电场,使传输信号稳定不波动。

本实用新型属于电缆,具体地说是一种用于计算机传输信号的计算机电缆。
背景技术
现有计算机电缆的自身抗干扰能力不强,防外界电磁干扰效果不好,信号传输易受外电磁干扰,使得信号出现不稳定波动。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述不足提供一种结构简单、抗电磁干扰能力强、信号传输稳定的计算机电缆。
本实用新型是这样实现的:包括多组由内铜带屏蔽绕包的对绞线芯组、填充物、外铜带屏蔽、聚脂绕包带和外护套,其中,每组对绞线芯组均设有两根带有绝缘的导体,其特征在于所说绝缘外还设有半导电屏蔽层。
上述对绞线芯组共有三组。
本实用新型通过增加半导电屏蔽层,不仅能使对绞线芯组之间的抗干扰能力更强,从而显著提高计算机电缆的抗电磁干扰能力,而且还具有均匀电场,使传输信号稳定不波动,信号传输的稳定性可由原来的94%提高到97%以上。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例进一步说明本实用新型。
实施例:导体3采用韧炼圆铜,其上挤制由聚氯乙烯或聚乙烯或交联聚乙烯材料制成的绝缘2,绝缘2外再挤制一层由半导电聚丙烯屏蔽料构成的半导电屏蔽层8,每两根带有半导电屏蔽层8和绝缘2的导体3外再绕包内铜带屏蔽1构成一组对绞线芯组,三组对绞线芯组按截面呈120°夹角均布成缆,其间填有保证电缆圆整度的、由聚丙烯填充绳构成的填充物4,并依次包裹有外铜带屏蔽5、聚脂绕包带6和外护套7即成为本实用新型。

1、一种计算机电缆,包括多组由内铜带屏蔽绕包的对绞线芯组、填充物、外铜带屏蔽、聚脂绕包带和外护套,其中,每组对绞线芯组均设有两根带有绝缘的导体,其特征在于所说绝缘外还设有半导电屏蔽层。
2、按权利要求1所述的计算机电缆,其特征在于所说对绞线芯组共有三组。
