预埋式光纤连接器
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种光网络中的无源器件,更具体地说,涉及一种施工现场组装的预埋式光纤连接器。
背景技术
目前市场上有一种快速连接器,即直插式快速连接器,这种连接器是用户直接将光纤端面做好,然后插入连接器,再进行固定。这种连接器的问题是光纤端面没有经过研磨,所以会对连接器的整个性能造成一定的影响。并且裸光纤没有胶固定,所以,光纤在插芯里可能会有晃动,这样,连接器在用一段时间之后也会带来性能下降的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述连接器连接效果不稳定缺陷,提供一种安装容易并且连接效果稳定的预埋式光纤连接器。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种预埋式光纤连接器,所述预埋式光纤连接器包括插芯、设置于所述插芯内的预埋光纤、固定所述预埋光纤外皮的夹头及固定另一光纤外皮的尾壳,所述预埋式光纤连接器还包括固定槽体、夹头和尾壳的固定装置,所述夹头的两端分别连接有槽体和尾壳。
在本实用新型所述的预埋式光纤连接器中,所述固定装置包括由外至内设置的内框套、复位弹簧、固定裸纤并与所述内框套一起防止所述裸纤旋转的法兰、限位卡、锁紧光纤的夹头及协助所述夹头锁紧的推管及槽体,所述限位卡设置于所述内框套上,所述复位弹簧设置于所述推管和内框套之间。
在本实用新型所述的预埋式光纤连接器中,所述槽体包括凸起、第一通孔以及“V”槽,所述凸起为梯形体,所述第一通孔为设置于所述槽体的三角通孔。
在本实用新型所述的预埋式光纤连接器中,所述槽壳为中空圆柱体,所述中空圆柱体设置有方便所述槽体插入的通槽。
在本实用新型所述的预埋式光纤连接器中,所述推管是由大径、小径两个的金属管连接构成,所述大径为其一端推入后对“V”槽产生压力并收紧从而固定裸纤的大径。
在本实用新型所述的预埋式光纤连接器中,所述尾壳包括导向体、紧固体、卡台、卡孔以及光缆通孔。
在本实用新型所述的预埋式光纤连接器中,所述夹头包括导向的外倒角、主体、变形槽、限位体、内圆柱、第二通孔以及收紧的压爪,所述压爪为上下分布的两个压爪。
在本实用新型所述的预埋式光纤连接器中,所述小径为当其一端推入会使所述两个压爪抱紧从而固定光纤的小径。
实施本实用新型的预埋式光纤连接器,具有以下有益效果:
本新型的预埋式光纤连接器包括插芯、设置于所述插芯内的预埋光纤、固定所述预埋光纤外皮的夹头及固定另一光纤外皮的尾壳,所述预埋式光纤连接器还包括固定槽体、夹头和尾壳的固定装置,所述夹头的两端分别连接有槽体和尾壳。这样的结构用一个步骤完成光纤安装。节省了时间,并提高了连接效果。

具体实施方式
如图1至图12所示,在本实用新型的预埋式光纤连接器第一实施例中,所述预埋式光纤连接器包括插芯95、设置于所述插芯95内的预埋光纤15、固定所述预埋光纤外皮的夹头80及固定另一光纤外皮的尾壳20,所述预埋式光纤连接器还包括固定槽体50、夹头80和尾壳20的固定装置,所述夹头80的两端分别连接有槽体50和尾壳20。预埋光纤是在生产过程中,将一段预埋光纤15插入插芯95,并且点胶进行热固化,然后再研磨,这样,组装后的连接器的端面就跟普通的跳线没什么区别了。
其中,所述固定装置包括由外至内设置的内框套10、复位弹簧30、固定裸纤并与所述内框套10一起防止所述裸纤旋转的法兰40、限位卡60、锁紧光纤的夹头80及协助所述夹头80锁紧的推管90。所述限位卡设置于所述内框套10上,所述复位弹簧30设置于所述内框套10和推管90之间。下面对各部件分别说明:所述槽体50包括凸起、第一通孔以及“V”槽,所述凸起为梯形体,所述第一通孔为设置于所述槽体50的三角通孔。槽体50是由三部分组成,包括凸起、第一通通孔以及V槽,凸起部分成梯形体,第一通孔为三角孔,孔只在上槽开,下槽没有孔。所述槽壳70为中空圆柱体,所述中空圆柱体设置有方便所述槽体50插入的通槽。
槽壳70的形状为中空圆柱体,上开通槽,方便V槽的插入。当V槽插入槽壳70中,凸起能够部分露在槽壳70外边。所述夹头80包括导向的外倒角、主体、变形槽、限位体、内圆柱、第二通孔以及收紧的压爪,所述压爪为上下分布的两个压爪。所述推管90是由大径、小径两个的金属管连接构成,所述大径为其一端推入后对“V”槽产生压力并收紧从而固定裸纤的大径。其中,大径的一端推入后对V槽产生压力,V槽收紧从而固定裸纤。小径的一端推入会使压爪产生形变,两个压爪抱紧从而固定光纤。内框套10对普通连接器的内框套10进行了改进,由于弹簧30的固定方法的改变,本内框套10引入了类似压线卡的结构,生产过程中,先将弹簧30压紧,然后插入限位卡60,再松开弹簧30,这样弹簧30就会被固定好。
所述尾壳20包括导向体、紧固体、卡台、卡孔以及光缆通孔。尾壳20是配合内框套10一起用的。导向体是插入内框套10,防止旋转,紧固体插入内框套10后,防止光缆的后退,而将压线卡通过卡台上的卡孔插入光缆外皮,就可以固定整个光缆。法兰40除了固定插芯95外,还可以跟内框套10一起,防止插芯95旋转。
本结构中,法兰40和槽壳70是融为一体。
本新型工作原理如下:夹头80的内圆柱插入槽壳70,推管90推入后会挤压变形槽的本体,从而使本体的两个压爪互相抱紧,达到固定这部分光纤的作用。尾壳20和内框套10配合使用,当尾壳20的紧固体插入内框套10后,通过压线卡,就可以固定整个光缆了。
本新型使用步骤:
1、将连接体放到组装台的左边,并且将其固定,然后移动挡板至插芯95处,使挡板紧贴插芯95的端面,固定挡板。
2、将光缆依次穿过护套,尾壳20,然后剥纤,制作光纤端面。
3、将做好的纤通过夹头80插入,然后通过组装台上的固定装置将光缆固定。
4、将推管90推入,使其尾端基本与夹头80的尾端一致。
5、将尾壳20推入内框套10,然后压下压线卡。
6、将护套推上,并且装上外框套。
这样,整个的连接器就组装完毕。当然,我们也可以检查,连接器的端面情况,以确定要不要再抛光。由于插芯里有一段预埋光纤,而这段光纤的端面是经过工厂胶结并研磨的,所以从性能到稳定性上都得到了保证。

Claims (8)

1、一种预埋式光纤连接器,其特征在于,所述预埋式光纤连接器包括插芯(95)、设置于所述插芯(95)内的预埋光纤(15)、固定所述预埋光纤外皮的夹头(80)及固定另一光纤外皮的尾壳(20),所述预埋式光纤连接器还包括固定槽体(50)、夹头(80)和尾壳(20)的固定装置,所述夹头(80)的两端分别连接有槽体(50)和尾壳(20)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的预埋式光纤连接器,其特征在于,所述固定装置包括由外至内设置的内框套(10)、复位弹簧(30)、固定裸纤并与所述内框套(10)一起防止所述裸纤旋转的法兰(40)、限位卡(60)、锁紧光纤的夹头(80)及协助所述夹头(80)锁紧的推管(90),所述限位卡设置于所述内框套(10)上,所述复位弹簧(30)设置于所述内框套(10)和推管(90)之间。
3、根据权利要求2所述的预埋式光纤连接器,其特征在于,所述槽体(50)包括凸起、第一通孔以及“V”槽,所述凸起为梯形体,所述第一通孔为设置于所述槽体(50)的三角通孔。
4、根据权利要求3所述的预埋式光纤连接器,其特征在于,所述槽壳(70)为中空圆柱体,所述中空圆柱体设置有方便所述槽体(50)插入的通槽。
5、根据权利要求4所述的预埋式光纤连接器,其特征在于,所述推管(90)是由大径、小径两个的金属管连接构成,所述大径为其一端推入后对“V”槽产生压力并收紧从而固定裸纤的大径。
6、根据权利要求5所述的预埋式光纤连接器,其特征在于,所述尾壳(20)包括导向体、紧固体、卡台、卡孔以及光缆通孔。
7、根据权利要求6所述的预埋式光纤连接器,其特征在于,所述夹头(80)包括导向的外倒角、主体、变形槽、限位体、内圆柱、第二通孔以及收紧的压爪,所述压爪为上下分布的两个压爪。
8、根据权利要求7所述的预埋式光纤连接器,其特征在于,所述小径为当其一端推入会使所述两个压爪抱紧从而固定光纤的小径。
