Abstract

一种汽车动力电池,涉及车用蓄电池技术领域,特别是36V/42V汽车蓄电池极群单体之间的连接技术。本实用新型包括电池槽,在电池槽的各小槽内分别布置极群单体,所述极群单体之间通过焊接相互连接。通过以上设计,本实用新型形成了一体化电池设计,克服了因电池组合产生的外电路故障和电阻不一致的现象,电池组阻抗减小,功率特性提高,也减少了因电池一致性而发生的提前失效。同时一体化设计使电池体积减小,体积比能量提高,安装更方便,电池的性价比也得到充分提高。

本实用新型涉及车用蓄电池技术领域,特别是36V/42V汽车蓄电池极群单体之间的连接技术。
背景技术
为满足汽车用电器增加需要,汽车电池由12V/14V向36V/42V系统转换已成国际趋势,北美、欧洲、日本等已明确电源系统转换的进程,要求到2020年汽车电源系统新车转换率为100%。我国也正在出台相关政策,特种电动汽车市场已在山东等省蓬勃发展;电动自行车电池急需更新换代,都为36V/42V一体化铅酸蓄电池提供了广阔市场空间和更高的技术要求。
本实用新型36V/42V一体化铅酸蓄电池电池槽采用2×9结构设计方式(普通12V电池采用2×3结构或1×6结构,然后将3只12V系列电池用导线串联变为36V),普通电池是以导线将单体电池串联连接而成,这种电池的连接方式易导致外电路故障和电阻不一致,同时整个电池组的内阻较大,电池使用寿命短,提前失效现象常见。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的在于设计一种低阻抗、使用寿命长的汽车动力电池。
本实用新型包括电池槽,在电池槽的各小槽内分别布置极群单体,所述极群单体之间通过焊接相互连接。
通过以上设计,本实用新型形成了一体化电池设计,克服了因电池组合产生的外电路故障和电阻不一致的现象,电池组阻抗减小,功率特性提高,也减少了因电池一致性而发生的提前失效。同时一体化设计使电池体积减小,体积比能量提高,安装更方便,电池的性价比也得到充分提高。
