Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种无源滤波补偿装置,在三相交流电源的每两项之间接有电感L与电容C串联而成的LC回路,并将该LC回路与非线性负载并联,从而达到补偿无功,吸收谐波电流的作用。本实用新型既能消除谐波,又能进行无功补偿,提高功率因数;同时根据功率因数的大小,进行分级投入,安全可靠;本装置还能进行多台并联扩容,减少扩容投资。

本实用新型涉及一种无源滤波补偿装置,应用于电力系统电能控制领域。
背景技术
电力电子装置的普及应用是电网中最大的谐波来源,随着电力电子装置的应用日益广泛,电网中的谐波污染也日趋严重。同时,大多数的电力电子装置的功率因数都较低,给电网带来额外负担,也影响了供电质量。因此,如何滤除谐波和提高功率因数是供电部门、电力系统及电气行业都迫切需要解决的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于改进上述现有技术中的不足而提供一种无源滤波补偿装置,从而达到补偿无功,吸收谐波电流的作用。
本实用新型的目的通过以下措施来达到:
一种无源滤波补偿装置,其特征在于:在三相交流电源的每两项之间接有电感L与电容C串联而成的LC回路,并且将所述的LC回路与非线性负载并联。
所述的非线性负载端接有无功功率自动补偿控制器。
本实用新型的优点在于:
(1)既消除谐波,又解决无功补偿,提高功率因数;
(2)根据功率因数的大小,进行分级投入,安全可靠;
(3)装置能多台并联扩容,减少扩容投资;

具体实施方式
本实用新型的滤波电路是将接有电抗L与电容C串联而成的LC回路并联在公用电网和非线形负载之间,通过无功功率自动补偿控制器实现滤波回路的自动投切,这种三相集中补偿的方式,既实现了动态补偿无功的功能,又达到了消除谐波的效果。
如图1所示,本实用新型无源滤波补偿装置结构为,三相交流电源的每两项之间接有电感L与电容C串联的电路,组成LC串联回路,将LC回路与非线性负载并联,从而达到补偿无功,吸收谐波电流的作用。
如图2所示,非线性负载端连接有无功功率自动补偿控制器的电压信号输入端US1、US2及电流信号输入端IS1、IS2,控制器里有一个能进行信号运算的芯片,给控制器一个电流和电压信号,计算得出非线性负载产生的无功功率及谐波电流,针对所产生的无功功率及谐波电流,设定LC回路的电路参数及投切回路数,使负载的功率因数达到90%以上,如果LC回路补偿的功率超过了100%,则为过补偿,此时在控制器的作用下自动断开LC回路。LC回路谐振频率设定在需要滤除的谐波频率上,例如5次、7次、11次谐振点上,达到滤除这3次谐波的目的。本实用新型的LC回路在滤除谐波的同时能够对系统进行无功功率补偿,同时满足扩容的要求。

1、一种无源滤波补偿装置,其特征在于:在三相交流电源的每两项之间接有电感L与电容C串联而成的LC回路,所述的LC回路并接在非线性负载的两端。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种无源滤波补偿装置,其特征在于:所述的非线性负载端接有无功功率自动补偿控制器。
