Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种单向轴承，包括轴承外套、轴承内衬，其特征在于：轴承外套的内表面上制有滚珠槽，轴承外套的内表面上制有牙板，轴承内衬的外表面上制有滚珠槽，椭圆形滚针嵌在轴承外套内表面上的牙板与轴承内衬的外表面之间，圆球形滚珠嵌在轴承外套内表面上的滚珠槽与轴承内衬外表面上的滚珠槽之间。本单向轴承只能往一个方向上旋转，可应用于双向电机的轴上。

背景技术
目前，市场上销售的轴承都是双向轴承，即在电机正转时，轴承正转；电机反转时，轴承反转。一台电机带动两台设备时，必须更换皮带。
发明内容
本实用新型就是为了解决上述问题提出的，其目的是提供一种单向轴承，该单向轴承只能住一个方向旋转。
采用的技术方案是：包括轴承外套1、轴承内衬2，其特征在于：轴承外套1的内表面上制有滚珠槽3，轴承外套1的内表面上制有牙板4，轴承内衬2的外表面上制有滚珠槽5，椭圆形滚针6嵌在轴承外套1的内表面上的牙板4与轴承内衬2的外表面之间，圆球形滚珠7嵌在轴承外套1的内表面上的滚珠槽3与轴承内衬2的外表面上的滚珠槽5之间。由于轴承外套1的内表面上制有牙板4，在电机正转时，椭圆形滚针6一起转动，轴承外套1转动；在电机反转时，椭圆形滚针6卡在牙板4上，轴承外套1停止转动。
本实用新型的有益效果是：单向轴承只能往一个方向旋转。
