预制钢筋混凝土组合式检查井,是用于城建中的给水、污水、雨水排放、热网、供电、电信、煤气等管网的检查井;预制钢筋混凝土组合式检查井,由井盖、收口段、井筒和井座组成;收口段下端口制成外径下凹的台阶结构,井筒上端口制成与收口段下端口外径下凹的台阶结构相配合的台阶结构,井筒下端口制成外径下凹的台阶结构,井座上端口制成内径下凹的台阶结构,与井筒下端口外径下凹的台阶结构相配合,井座下端制有底板,在下部壁上制有两个通孔;将井筒装在井座上,收口段装在井筒上,井盖装在收口段上;优点:由于将检查井采用分段钢筋混凝土预制构件,提高了检查井的现场工作效率,缩短了施工周期;承重力大,示易损坏;不易渗漏,不污染地下水。

技术领域:
本发明创造是用于城建中的给水、污水排放、雨水排放、消防、热网、供电、电信、煤气等管网的检查井。
背景技术:
目前,城建中的给水、污水排放、雨水排放、消防、热网、供电、电信等管网的检查井普遍采用砖砌,承重力不够,在施工过程中往往出现破坏性的损失,由于砖砌,施工周期长,经常出现渗漏及污染地下水。
发明内容:
本发明创造的目的是提供一种缩短检查井的施工周期的预制钢筋混凝土组合式检查井;本发明创造的目的是通过下述技术方案实现的:预制钢筋混凝土组合式检查井,其特征在于由收口段、井筒和井座组成;收口段下端口制成外径下凹的台阶结构,井筒上端口制成与收口段下端口外径下凹的台阶结构相配合的台阶结构,井筒下端口制成外径下凹的台阶结构,井座上端口制成内径下凹的台阶结构,与井筒下端口外径下凹的台阶结构相配合,井座下端制有底板,在井座侧壁上制有通孔,通孔制成内口直径大,外口直径小的通孔;将井筒装在井座上,收口段装在井筒上。
本发明创造的优点:由于将检查井采用分段结构,而这些分段结构可以预先预制成钢筋混凝土构件,在检查井施工现场只要将分段结构按顺序安装即可构成一个完整的检查井,提高了检查井的现场工作效率,缩短了检查井的施工周期;由于采用预制钢筋混凝土构件,承重力大,不易损坏;由于采用预制钢筋混凝土构件,不易渗漏,不污染地下水。

具体实施方式:
预制钢筋混凝土组合式检查井,其特征在于由收口段、井筒和井座组成;收口段下端口制成外径下凹的台阶结构,井筒上端口制成与收口段下端口外径下凹的台阶结构相配合的台阶结构,井筒下端口制成外径下凹的台阶结构,井座上端口制成内径下凹的台阶结构,与井筒下端口外径下凹的台阶结构相配合,井座下端制有底板,在井座侧壁上制有通孔,通孔制成内口直径大,外口直径小的通孔;将井筒装在井座上,收口段装在井筒上。
井盖装在收口段上。
井盖、收口段、井筒和井座制成圆形,可以制成四面形,可以制成六面形,可以制成八面形,也可以制成十六面形以及椭圆形。
在井座侧壁上制出的通孔,根据需要可制有两个通孔或三个通孔或四个通孔以及更多,通孔制成内口直径大,外口直径小的通孔,便于安装连接管之后抹灰。
