本实用新型涉及一种齿轮滚刀,尤其是一种28度压力角的特殊齿轮滚刀。
背景技术
在橡塑机械行业,橡胶密炼机的主要传动装置是减速机,主减速机的输出入轴联轴器外齿轴套以前为外花键,外花键虽然具有承载能力强的优点,但是内外花键配合类型为间隙配合,刚性联接导致振动噪音较大。此外,花键联接对装配精度要求高,退让性差,联轴器接触精度很难保证。采用传统的30度压力角齿轮滚刀加工花键,齿轮噪音振动较大,采用传统的25度压力角齿轮滚刀加工花键,承载能力将会下降。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于:针对采用传统的30度压力角齿轮滚刀加工花键,齿轮噪音振动较大,采用传统的25度压力角齿轮滚刀加工花键承,载能力将会下降的实际问题,提供一种特殊压力角的齿轮滚刀。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种齿轮滚刀,其特征在于:侧边两条主切削刃的倾斜角度均为28度。
在本实用新型中:齿轮滚刀为镶片式齿轮滚刀,或整体式齿轮滚刀。
本实用新型的优点在于,继承了采用30度压力角的齿轮滚刀加工的花键工作中承载能力强和采用25度压力角的齿轮滚刀加工的花键工作中齿轮噪音振动低的优点。
