技术领域:
本实用新型涉及到一种带超温警示装置的电热水器。
背景技术:
在现有技术中,电热水器通常是用温控器来控制电热管,温控器一旦失灵,电热管仍处于工作状态,内胆组件内的水蒸汽压力大,当减压阀出现了问题不能减压时,内胆组件就会发生爆裂,致使温控器有故障时无超温警示的缺陷。为克服这些缺陷,对带超温警示装置的电热水器进行了研制。
发明内容:
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是要提供一种带超温警示装置的电热水器,它能有效地在温控器失灵的情况下发出超温警示。
本实用新型解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是:它包括温控器、控制装置,它还包括警示发音器、警示灯,所述的控制装置分别与警示发音器、警示灯电联接。
所述的警示发音器和警示灯安装在电热水器外壳筒身的正面上。
所述的警示发音器和警示灯安装在电热水器右端盖上。
所述的信号反馈电路安装在控制装置内。
本实用新型同背景技术相比所产生的有益效果:
1、由于本实用新型采用警示发音器、警示灯、信号反馈电路,信号反馈电路分别与控制装置、警示发音器、警示灯电联接的结构,故它能有效地在温控器失灵的情况下发出超温警示。

具体实施方式:
参看附图1、附图2所示,本实施例包括发热管组件1、温控器2、漏电保护开关3、内胆组件4、外壳筒身5、控制装置6、警示发音器7、警示灯8、感温探头9、电热水器右端盖12、信号反馈电路13。
发热管组件1上设有电热管11和感温套10,先将发热管组件1同内胆组件4固定,再将温控器2、控制装置6固定在内胆组件4的外口上,感温探头9设置在感温套10内,外壳筒身5套住整个内胆组件4,警示发音器7、警示灯8分别安装在外壳筒身5上。控制装置6分别与电热管11、温控器2、漏电保护开关3、警示发音器7进行电联接,信号反馈电路13分别与控制装置6、警示发音器7、警示灯8电联接。信号反馈电路13可以设在控制装置6内部,可以设在控制装置6外部。
接通电源,控制装置6、漏电保护开关3、电热管11、温控器2通电并工作,正常情况时电热管11工作一段时间后,其温度达到温控器2的设定温度时,温控器2由闭合转换至断开,使电热管11断电。
当温控器2失灵,在常闭状态且电热管11仍处于工作状态时,水温不断升高,感温探头9将水温信号传递给控制装置6,控制装置6判断水温是否超过温控器2的设定温度值。如果水温低于温控器2的设定温度值,则继续通电加热;如果水温高于温控器2的设定温度值,此时控制装置6通过信号反馈电路13立刻切断电热管11的供电,使其停止加热,以保障安全。同时使警示发音器7发出声音,并使警示灯8点亮。使用者从而能够得知该机有故障,停止使用电热水器,并及时联系维修人员排除故障。
本实用新型还可以采用警示发音器7和警示灯8安装在电热水器右端盖12上。

1、一种带超温警示装置的电热水器,它包括温控器(2)、控制装置(6),其特征在于它还包括警示发音器(7)、警示灯(8)、信号反馈电路(13),所述的信号反馈电路(13)分别与控制装置(6)、警示发音器(7)、警示灯(8)电联接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的带超温警示装置的电热水器,其特征在于所述的警示发音器(7)和警示灯(8)安装在电热水器外壳筒身(5)的正面上。
3、根据权利要求1所述的带超温警示装置的电热水器,其特征在于所述的警示发音器(7)和警示灯(8)安装在电热水器右端盖(12)上。
4、根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的带超温警示装置的电热水器,其特征在于所述的信号反馈电路(13)安装在控制装置(6)内。
